This family Beach House is a spacious 2BR / 2.5bath 1400 sqf in the popular community of Gulf Walk, Miramar Beach. The spacious kitchen overlooks the living and dining area, and is equipped with a glass cooktop, an oversized fridge, and stainless steel appliances. The open living and dining areas have 10' ceilings and plenty of natural light, offering lovely atmosphere while relaxing on the custom-made furnishings. All 2 master bedrooms are upstairs. The first master suite offers a king bed and an en suite bathtub with single marble top vanity, luxury tile, and upgraded fixtures. This master suit has a private balcony with beautiful pool view.
The second master bedroom has a Queen bed and an en suite bath with a huge marble top single vanity and a walking shower. Luxury tiles, custom design. In the hall area guests will find the laundry and the children’s are outfitted with custom designed bunk beds (Twin, Twin).

There's 2 parking lots available for the property. Additional parking space in the community parking area.
The Area
Our Beach House is across the street from Emerald beach (5 min walk) and less than a mile ( 3 min golf cart drive) to Winn Dixie--a good place for groceries. Down the street on the way to the beach you'll find Alvin's Island , one of the biggest beach and souvenirs shops in the area.
The Surf Hut restaurant, across the street, is great for a fried grouper sandwich. You're one mile from a really good outlet shopping center, Silversand outlets mall.

Great vacation spot!

This was a wonderful townhouse! Spacious open living room area with kitchen attached. Good sized bedrooms with comfy beds! Short drive on the golfcart or by car to public beach or private beach access. Grocery and drugstore are also very close by, so great location. Owner was friendly and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
