House was well set up Beds were very comfy Worked well for the seven of us.

The only issue we had was that we couldn’t regulate the temp in the house. Overall it was a great place for a holiday

Great house with access to lots of amenities on site.

Great house with lots of room for our group of 4 adults and two children. Easy to walk to the lake, pool and parks for the kids. Well equipped unit. The property manager was quick to address the minor issues that we had. Close to wineries and trails.

4 Sisters & 2 Saints

The 6 of us had a lovely time in the Immaculate Merlot Cottage. There was plenty of space so we could spread out and have fun chats, card games, and quiet reading nooks. We loved the patio and sunroom. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat.

Labor Day Family Vacation

I have to start by saying this is our first time renting through VRBO. Because of our lack of experience., our expectations may not have been realistic. For whatever reason we did not receive the email sent to us with check in instructions so it was a bit stressful the day of check in as we didn’t know door and gate codes and coming from the US to Canada we didn’t have WIfi. We also didn’t realize the check in and out times VRBO provided we’re incorrect. That all ended up fine but I would advise visitors to note this so you aren’t waiting to get into your rental. The only other items I think could be helpful to renters would be to bring soap or body wash, shampoo, conditioner for all showers as these items aren’t provided. Additionally, while this house was absolutely terrific for our family (6 adults and 3 children,) it has an oven we aren’t familiar with and could not get to heat properly. Operating instructions would have been helpful. These items aside, the property and maintenance staff were extremely kind and helpful which was very appreciated.The house and location to the lake and property pool and surrounding wineries, shops, and stores was terrific. We enjoyed every minute!

Great house

This house has an amazing layout. Two masters, one on each floor, with their own en suites. What a great idea! The other two bedrooms are well equipped, and everyone has their own space. I didn't think we'd use the upstairs living room, but it was fantastic for the teens to have a separate lounge space. The only tiny tiny drawback is the location. It is a bit of a trek to the beach, poor us! We sure enjoyed the use of the beach floaties. Thanks!

we loved the house, everything was clean and as was advertised.

we enjoyed the property, beds were clean and their were adequate dishes. We have rented vrbo with our adult children before where we had to wash a coffee cup before next person could use. Only issue was we could not rent a golf cart and treck to beach was lengthy and hot. Plus no dish soap other than dishwasher pods, and no bar soap. we had to purchase those.

They have the nicest couple managing the entire property. They are very helpful and very polite. The private beach is steps away from the house and they have golf carts to help get around. It was well worth the value.
