The strong point of Villa Feliz is undeniably its sea view and its geographical location close to the small beach of Saint Jean (typical rocky creek without sand) which offers a magnificent view of the entire bay of La Ciotat.

If you are tired of swimming in the Mediterranean, we offer you alternatives. Enjoy the 5m x 2m swimming pool heated to 25 degrees from the Easter holidays to the All Saints' Day holidays (French holiday dates) or the Jacuzzi functional all year round.



The house offers 2 terraces. On 200m² you can take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate with the sun loungers by the pool, the dining and lounge areas, the plancha, the ping-pong area. All in the service of one key word: pleasure.

The Saint-Jean district allows you to walk to shops, restaurants, sandy beach (600m), ...



The villa is south facing and offers a sea view. It is very pleasant to live in with its generous volumes bathed in sunshine thanks to the many bay windows. The decoration is modern, elegant with a soft balance between wood, marble, soothing colors and a refined decoration.

It offers on the ground floor, served from the hall, a large living/dining room with open kitchen and a central, fully equipped island. All with direct access to the terrace, swimming pool and jacuzzi.

On this same level is the master bedroom with a large bay window overlooking the terrace, a shower room and toilet.



On the first floor is the sleeping area composed of 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower room, one of which has a toilet and 2 bedrooms sharing 1 independent bathroom.

The bedding is recent and of quality to offer you a good quality of sleep.

The house is also equipped with a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and a separate toilet on each level.



Everything has been thought out down to the smallest detail so that you can let yourself be carried away by the sweetness of the place, so that you can recharge your batteries in this idyllic setting.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

The house cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

Check-in times: 4-7 p.m., check-out time: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The district

From the house, on foot or by car, you have quick access to the districts of Fontsainte and Saint Jean. You will find shops, bakery, restaurant, beaches.

Also discover the old port and the old town of La Ciotat, which can be explored quietly along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the centre being pedestrianised. We pass in front of residences whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.

You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all invitations to take pleasure in the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque du Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...
