In the quiet neighborhood of Beaucours-la Cride, 5 minutes walk from Beaucours beach and 15 minutes from Portissol, you will find our villa, rather contemporary, with half-levels, very clear, facing south , comfortable with freshly redone paintings and floors (stone and parquet) with 5 bedrooms including an independent outside.
Our house, located in a quiet place, is for vacationers looking for peace and quiet. If you like to party in the evening or shout in the pool all day, it is unfortunately not for you! We are concerned about the respect of the tranquility of our neighborhood and do not wish remonstrances from him.

We enter the house through an open entrance that leads directly into the large living room-kitchen, itself having access to the terrace and pool by a sliding bay of 6 m. The kitchen with island, very well equipped is completed with a cellar with washing machine, tumble-dryer and numerous tidying up. There is also a fireplace with a through view in this room.
Upper half-level, a living room with ceiling "cathedral" including corner sofa and big screen TV, a room with small corner mezzanine and private bathroom, a toilet.
Upper half-level (1st floor), a landing corner office, two bedrooms opening onto a terrace with sea view and pool and garden views, a bathroom with bath, changing area for babies and WC.
Starting from the lounge, slightly lower level, a master bedroom with bathroom and toilet and direct access to the terrace near the pool.
The house has many mirrors that give an impression of space.
Outside the pool, a fifth independent bedroom with bathroom and toilet.

The swimming pool (8 x 5) mosaics, facing south with a terrace of synthetic grass is maintained once a week by a professional. It is protected by a shutter and an alarm. Four sunbeds (in black textilene) are at your disposal as well as a garden furniture consisting of two sofas (3 places) and two garden chairs.
A terrace in ipé at the level of the parental room can accommodate the dining area with a large granite table.
The garden, against low, is decorated with a small bowling alley with 3 beds sunbathing. At the back of the villa, a stone terrace, a grass area with plantations allows you to enjoy a little more shade.
The whole ground (1000 m2) is closed and closed, with an automatic gate. The garden is equipped with automatic watering. A gardener spends every week for routine maintenance.
Parking in the grounds of the land can accommodate 2 to 3 cars. Possibility to park one in front of the gate.

Sanary sur Mer, is an authentic fishing port, typical with its wooden boats "sharp", located in the heart of Provence, between Marseille and Toulon. Sanary welcomes you all year, summer and winter with its Provencal traditions, its large weekly market (Wednesday) and normal other days and its craft market in July and August night. Stroll through the pedestrian streets and discover the charms of Sanary, its colors, its smells, its museums, its theater, its exhibitions, its beaches and all the festivals coming from the Provençal customs.
