With an area of 110 m², the house offers an outdoor space and has 3 bedrooms, capable of accommodating up to 9 people. You will find all amenities nearby: bars, restaurants, shops, ski lifts, as well as the main tourist attractions.
The Housing
This 110 m² house, with an outdoor space and a magnificent view of Mont Blanc and Brévent, can accommodate up to 9 people, making it the perfect place for a family vacation. It includes:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
- 1 bedroom with two single beds and two bunk beds
The bed dimensions are as follows: double beds measure 180x200 cm and 160x200 cm, while single and bunk beds are 90x200 cm. Note that in the first room, the 180x200 cm bed can be converted into two 90x200 cm beds. Additionally, in the third room, the two single beds can be joined to form a double bed of 180x200 cm.
The chalet has two bathrooms (One with a shower and one with a bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen with a storage space at the back, perfect for storing sports equipment. The house also includes a dining room and a comfortable living room.
The equipment at your disposal includes: Wi-Fi (high-speed fiber), hair dryer, television, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, iron, complete small appliances, two refrigerators/freezers, raclette appliance, quality bedding, garden furniture, board games, and a baby bed. You will also benefit from a free parking space at the Entrèves Parking, just a 2-minute walk from the accommodation.
Please note that the terrace is not entirely private. Due to an easement of passage, the occupants of the chalet located at the back can use it to access their accommodation.
The housing is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk from the city center and 450 meters from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, a must-see attraction in the Chamonix valley!
The amenities nearby include bars, restaurants, shops, and a ski rental (we will provide you with a discount flyer for a nearby store, which also offers delivery). You will also find a SPAR, a Carrefour Market, a wine shop, and two bakeries within a 10-minute walk, as well as direct access to the city center of Chamonix.
The bus station is located 100 m from the accommodation, and free buses are accessible with guest cards that will be provided to you. The bus stop 2 minutes walking distance will take you to all ski areas.
