Beau petit studio au rez de chaussée, pour deux maxi, cuisine équipée, cafetière et bouilloire, vaisselle, frigo, plaque de cuisson.Salle de bain wc, douche spacieuse, propre.Petite table pour deux avec tabouret, canapé, lit 140, petit meuble, TV, penderie, table de chevet,Tout est bien étudié.Studio très propre.Emplacement dans rue calme. Les autres appartements ont des locataires calmes ayant du savoir-vivre. Très peu de bruit.Rapport qualité prix sans équivalent pour un mois de novembre.Le contact avec le propriétaire est chaleureux, à l'écoute si il y a quoique ce soit. Genial.. Il est fort probable que nous y reviendrons.

Petit studio très agréable dans une rue calme et possibilité de garer son véhicule. Proche de la ville, et des lieux à visiter tout autour.
