The Nichole Suite is within a beautiful, historic inn with 8 privates suites, each with their own bathroom. Only two blocks from State Street, with restaurants, shops & more just steps away. Only 5 minutes drive to the beach. The Nichole Suite offers old world charm and large shuttered windows overlooking palm trees and a garden below. The sink/vanity is conveniently located within the room, giving it that quaint, European feel. It is one of our most economical rooms! Self check-in, no lobbyist on site! SORRY, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS ROOM!

There are also several inviting common areas of the historic home that you can use, including a living room, dining room/coffee bar, sun room, back patio and large garden area.

Great Location for walking, Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay - great location, lovely old home located in a residential area, and within walking distance to the "Funk Zone" and the pier. A multitude of restaurants and night life available within walking distance as well. Our suite was very nice - except for the bed. The bed frame was old/antique and it creaked with every movement or shift. The Casper mattress wasn't at all comfortable - squishy, with no support. Place would have been perfect with a different bed. We'll stay there again, just in a suite without a squishy, noisy bed!
