Sun Palm Savannah is a self-catering luxury family vacation villa, located within the gated Windsor Palms Resort near Kissimmee, Florida. Our vacation villa has nearly 2400 square feet of luxury and comfort the whole family can enjoy. The villa features 5 dedicated bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a media suite that is an optional 6th bedroom. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. Guests will enjoy the stunning views from the villa's private heated swimming pool and spa* that overlooks a sprawling conservation area with no rear neighbors. Best of all, our family villa is in the heart of the vacation district and just 3 miles from Walt Disney World Resort!
*Spa heat is complimentarary, additional charges apply to heat the private pool.

Perfect!

I have stayed, in Windsor Palms many time this is far the best villa I have stayed in. It is spotless, has everything you need and more and very spacious. Perfect location for parks, restaurants and shopping. Nothing was to much for Brett the owner and let us have a late checkout. I would highly recommend Sun Palm Savannah and cant wait to return.

Brett was a great host and the house/pool was beyond our expectations! Everyone commented how clean the home was and accomodated our large family perfectly! Could not have asked for anything better! The large pool made the trip! Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful vacation

This house was all around Great! It fit our group of 7 cheer Mom’s perfectly! The the layout worked well for our group. The location was perfect, close to Disney and ESPN (15 minutes). The house was well maintained and clean. The property manager was awesome to work with, lots of information and responsive to our questions. Will definitely consider this next year!!

Fantastic Villa and great location for Disney

Our overall experience was just amazing, property owner could not have been more helpful and any questions we had were replied to almost instantly. The property was clean and spacious and pool was just lovely. Disney was minutes away and other attractions close too! Thank You for a wonderful stress free holiday!

Family Get Away

Plenty of room for the family, 7 adults and 4 children, appreciated the pool (heated) and the game room (garage) with pool table and other games. Close to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.

The Villa made the holiday

Can't speak highly enough about this Villa and how it was perfect for the 11of us. The owner Brett was a joy to deal with and prompt to sort out any issues all of which were minor. Located in a great area 15 minute's from Disney and 35 minute's from Universal. Would book this Villa again if we were to go back.

Excellent Disney stay!

Brett’s house was extremely comfortable and clean. We had so much space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Parks were a close drive away (15-20 min) and the pool and hot tub were amazing after long days. Brett was quick and responsive, we would recommend this to anyone and stay again!

Disney vacation

My family along with my sister and her grandchild stayed at this property for our Disney world vacation. The property was beautiful! We enjoyed the private swimming pool! The hot tub was a perfect ending after a day at the parks! Location was just mins from Disney world parks! We didn’t have infants or toddlers with us, but the house can accommodate small children! Perfect location!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home located in a lovely neighborhood close to Walmart, restaurants, and the Disney parks. Brett is very quick to respond to questions and was a joy to work with. We truly enjoyed our time and hopefully will be back very soon.

Beautiful home!

I would highly recommend this home. Perfect place to stay and relax after leaving Disneyworld. In close proximity to everything you need. comfortable beds and nice linens. Beautiful pool and hot tub. We would absolutely want to stay here again if/when we go back. The Host was very informative and helpful with logistics & anything we needed.

Great family vacation!

House was clean and tidy and decor was relaxing. Neighborhood was well kept and quiet. Pool was enjoyed by our kids and felt we had privacy. Brett was great to communicate with. About a half hour to Universal and Disney. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends.

Graduation celebration

We had the most amazing stay at this property. The house was above our expectations! We loved the decor, bedrooms, games, private pool and the community pool. The owners were extremely responsive with outstanding communication. This was a very special trip planned for my family to celebrate an upcoming graduation and the comfortness, cleanliness and overall outstanding rental helped make it the perfect vacation!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. Our party of 6, including 2 young kids, had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation rental and would choose this property again in a heartbeat for any future trips to Orlando. Fantastic home, great location!

Having rented villas in Florida for many years this one is definitely at the top of our list. Clean, comfortable and in the perfect location to access everything the area has to offer. Brett was very responsive with communication and super helpful with the couple of things we needed some assistance with during our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and it’s great to find a home that suits families with adult children who prefer non-Disney themed accommodation. It was so good that we’ve already booked to return. Thanks Brett for a wonderful experience.

Christmas

Perfect Christmas getaway for our multigenerational family! The property was so clean and well stocked! There was plenty of room for our family of 9. We loved having pool access right outside. The kitchen was amazing and had a great supply of pots and pans for cooking Christmas dinner. It felt like the managers put a lot of time and hard work to make sure the property functioned well for the families who will stay here. I would recommend this property to anyone! Would love to stay again in the future!

Amazing house

The house is amazing and the owner was very attentive to our questions. The house is so wonderful we have already booked for 2026. The only reason for the 3 stars at check in is the “gentleman” who checked us in was incredibly rude to us and our whole party twice (both times we had to talk to him). I have tried to contact Windsor Palms to let them know how ignorant this employee was, but cannot find an email for customer service. (So if you encounter the employee and he is rude….it is him and not you).

Outstanding!

From helping us gain entry to the house on our arrival (our stupidity!) to allowing us late check out Brett was an excellent host who was easy to communicate with and very responsive! We've been lucky enough to stay in many villas around Kissimmee over the years and this was the best one yet! Even better than the photos and description it is beautiful and in a fantastic location both in terms of restaurants/parks etc and also the privacy to the back of the property (with excellent views of local wildlife and sunsets!). The house was SO well equipped too with extras such as laundry & dishwasher pods, washing up detergent and even a few coffee pods included - not something provided in every holiday home! Don't hesitate to book this villa - we'll certainly be back again if we decide to visit the Kissimmee area again the future :)

A beautiful home away from home!

We loved the property, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home was so inviting and being there for almost 2 months it was very hard to leave. Whatever your needs or questions you might have Brett was always quick to answer. I loved it when we asked if there was a blender and he said no but within a few hours there was a delivery from BB&Beyond, (that’s what I call service). One of my favorite rooms was the media room if you want a quiet place to read. It’s a beautiful house with everything you need for a short or a long stay. Thanks again for everything. Tom & Nancy
