Sun Palm Savannah is a self-catering luxury family vacation villa, located within the gated Windsor Palms Resort near Kissimmee, Florida. Our vacation villa has nearly 2400 square feet of luxury and comfort the whole family can enjoy. The villa features 5 dedicated bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a media suite that is an optional 6th bedroom. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. Guests will enjoy the stunning views from the villa's private heated swimming pool and spa* that overlooks a sprawling conservation area with no rear neighbors. Best of all, our family villa is in the heart of the vacation district and just 3 miles from Walt Disney World Resort!
*Spa heat is complimentary, additional charges apply to heat the private pool.
**Booking guest will be required to provide a photo of valid government issued identification or passport and sign our rental agreement.

Since day one of booking, the property owner Brett, was very helpful and communicative. My overall stay was absolutely splendid, the house was exactly as expected, the amenities were fantastic, and my family and I had a wonderful time. I hope next year I will be able to visit again. Fantastic Villa and great location for Disney

Our overall experience was just amazing, property owner could not have been more helpful and any questions we had were replied to almost instantly. The property was clean and spacious and pool was just lovely. Disney was minutes away and other attractions close too! Thank You for a wonderful stress free holiday!

The Villa made the holiday

Can't speak highly enough about this Villa and how it was perfect for the 11of us. The owner Brett was a joy to deal with and prompt to sort out any issues all of which were minor. Located in a great area 15 minute's from Disney and 35 minute's from Universal. Would book this Villa again if we were to go back.

Wonderful vacation

This house was all around Great! It fit our group of 7 cheer Mom’s perfectly! The the layout worked well for our group. The location was perfect, close to Disney and ESPN (15 minutes). The house was well maintained and clean. The property manager was awesome to work with, lots of information and responsive to our questions. Will definitely consider this next year!!

Graduation celebration

We had the most amazing stay at this property. The house was above our expectations! We loved the decor, bedrooms, games, private pool and the community pool. The owners were extremely responsive with outstanding communication. This was a very special trip planned for my family to celebrate an upcoming graduation and the comfortness, cleanliness and overall outstanding rental helped make it the perfect vacation!

Perfect

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. Our party of 6, including 2 young kids, had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation rental and would choose this property again in a heartbeat for any future trips to Orlando. The owner, Brett, was very engaged and we had an open line of communication with him. We had no issues whatsoever and would highly recommend this property.

A beautiful home away from home!

We loved the property, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home was so inviting and being there for almost 2 months it was very hard to leave. Whatever your needs or questions you might have Brett was always quick to answer. I loved it when we asked if there was a blender and he said no but within a few hours there was a delivery from BB&Beyond, (that’s what I call service). One of my favorite rooms was the media room if you want a quiet place to read. It’s a beautiful house with everything you need for a short or a long stay. Thanks again for everything. Tom & Nancy

Lovely, clean house in a secure area. Very nicely done out. Super pool with hot tub with lights which changed colour. Huge washing machine and tumble drier although the garage was hot enough for clothes to dry overnight on the clothes horses. Easy checking out. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Quick and easy access to Disney parks and Walmart! Club rooms were very nice. Pool area, cinema and gym available with small shop for essentials.

Clean & cute

The property was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. We had one minor issue upon trying to check in at the gate when we first arrived, which was not at all due to the fault of the owner, but he was quick to get it resolved for us. The home was very clean and decorated so cute!

Perfect!

I have stayed, in Windsor Palms many time this is far the best villa I have stayed in. It is spotless, has everything you need and more and very spacious. Perfect location for parks, restaurants and shopping. Nothing was to much for Brett the owner and let us have a late checkout. I would highly recommend Sun Palm Savannah and cant wait to return.

Excellent home and very functional

This home is very clean and works quite well if you have a decent number of guests in your family. The kitchen is sufficient and the main family room is cozy. The outdoor pool is very nice, and the garage (game room) is really nice with a pool table and foosball table. The community clubhouse and pool area is great, with an adjacent basketball court, sand volleyball court, and tennis courts with painted lines for pickleball. The location is very close to Disneyworld which is great if you are attending, but the traffic does get a bit crazy at times. Overall, this was a great rental property and I would definitely recommend it. Brett was also a very responsive owner.

Staff House

We rented two homes for our long weekend in Orlando and my staff stayed here. They all said it was the most updated and clean house we have had in the last 10+ years of traveling to this same location!

Disney vacation

My family along with my sister and her grandchild stayed at this property for our Disney world vacation. The property was beautiful! We enjoyed the private swimming pool! The hot tub was a perfect ending after a day at the parks! Location was just mins from Disney world parks! We didn’t have infants or toddlers with us, but the house can accommodate small children! Perfect location!

Amazing house

The house is amazing and the owner was very attentive to our questions. The house is so wonderful we have already booked for 2026. The only reason for the 3 stars at check in is the “gentleman” who checked us in was incredibly rude to us and our whole party twice (both times we had to talk to him). I have tried to contact Windsor Palms to let them know how ignorant this employee was, but cannot find an email for customer service. (So if you encounter the employee and he is rude….it is him and not you).

Highly Recommend

We’ve been to Florida a number of times and this house tops the list! First off, what drew me to book this place was the initial contact with the home owner, I look for an owner that is swift to reply to my questions because I know I will also get swift responses should a need arise at the house, Brett was that, quick to respond. The house itself is well maintained and in wonderful condition! The decor is beautiful and stress free! Some homes are very loud in their decor, not this one! It sets a pleasant tone for a relaxing stay! The beds are super comfy! Games room was nice and the kitchen was nicely stocked with a good selection of utensils and cookware. I loved the fact that the pool safety fence had a gate in it, something I hadn’t seen before, so it was super handy especially as family with some younger children! If we find ourselves travelling to Florida again, I will definitely check availability here!

Family Get Away

Plenty of room for the family, 7 adults and 4 children, appreciated the pool (heated) and the game room (garage) with pool table and other games. Close to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.
