The bedrooms are very spacious and each with a double bed (1.80mx 2.00m), wardrobe and dressers furnished. You will feel at home!
The large bathroom has a sink, bathtub, a large shower and toilet. Hair dryer and towel warmer complete the equipment.
Another separate toilet is adjacent to the bathroom.

The veranda, facing south, is open for breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine in the evening.
The apartment can be reached via an elevator or the stairwell. It is quiet and undisturbed in a stately town house and only 1-2 minute pleasant walk from the center.
Here you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and interesting historical buildings.
The bus stops are within 1 minute, the Berchtesgaden train station to get to your holiday apartment in about 10 minutes walking time.
In 20 minutes they took the bus in Koenigssee.
The Watzmanntherme, the salt mine, the Obersalzberg, the house of the mountains, and some shops are less than 15 minutes walk or accessible by bus.

The base price is for 3 - 4 people per night plus cleaning fee € 65, additional guests cost € 20 per person and night.
The resort tax of EUR 2.30 per person and night is to be paid locally.
