1 hall with cloakroom, washing machine and tumble dryer for free use
2 sun terraces with seating, beach chair, charcoal grill, pond
Car parking space in front of the house
Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee

Please note: The deposit is 100 ��� per booking and will be transferred in advance together with the rent to the landlord directly. Repayment is made promptly after verification of the inventory by remittance. Electricity 0.40 ct / kwh (please read electricity locally and deposit the amount). Tourist tax will be paid on arrival: from 01 April to 31 October.   Sheets and towels on request for a fee
