Exactly what we were looking for

Perfect house for a Bachelorette party. The pictures show off the house nicely, what you see is what you get! The 12 of us had plenty of space and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Only 2 bathrooms/showers but that didn't cause us any trouble. Electronic key pad on the door makes check in very convenient. Justin was quick to reply and incredibly accommodating with check in / check out when our flight times changed on us last minute. Few block walk to a number of food and drink options. Would recommend!

Unique roomy home

Justin was an excellent host - prompt communication and above and beyond flexibility for our large group regarding check in and check out times! We were here for a bachelorette - the top loft was perfect for group hangout! Loved the eclectic interior design, convenient location highly recommend! Do note there are only 2 bathrooms & showers for larger groups! We made it work for without issue

Absolute diamond of a stay!

You cannot find a more perfect place to stay. This house has every single detail that you could ever want - it is decorated immaculately with quirky decor, has plenty of space and beds for a large group, and most importantly, offers every single item you might need for youe stay - we cooked a full meal with the supplies and utensils they had in the kitchen, and made use of the fun collection of costumes they had in the closets! Most importantly, the host was very communicative, and flexible to our needs. I would 10/10 recommend this place to others for their big group gatherings.

Absolutely amazing !

I highly, highly recommend this beautiful get-away in Austin. There is so much attention to the detail of this set-back-in-time getaway. It was clean, the owners are amazing to work with and generous, they are not on the property seeming to watch over your every move, they care about their home and it shows. The house has clean energy and the flow of it all is just phenomenal. We've stayed in places all over the country and this was, hands down, one of my all time favorites. There is an away from the downtown hustle and bustle city sirens and ambulances and whatnot but enough things close by that you can still enjoy yourself. The home is a photographers paradise, truly ! One of a kind stuff all over and enough reading material to last a long while. Kick off your shoes and enjoy the stay ! We loved it !! Thank you - thank you - thank you !

Incredible house, great location, perfect for a friends gathering!

We stayed at this house for a celebratory friends weekend with 11 people and we had a great time. The house is incredible. Beautifully decorated, tons of space (beds and room for activities), and the location was perfect. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions and we felt incredibly welcome and at home. Our entire group was so impressed with the personality of the house, it added to overall trip because it was not just a place to stay in between exploring the city, but was a cool place to hang out itself. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Austin with a similarly sized group and highly recommend it!

We fell in love with this house when we first saw it and kept it out of the hands of developers who intended to tear it down. We remodeled keeping as much of the original 1909 spirit as we could and upgrading it with some classic but modern luxuries.
