Amazing 2021 remodeled home located close to the worlds longest tram leading to the top of the Sandia Mountains where there is a ski area, trails and breathtaking views of Albuquerque and beyond. Many hiking and biking trails nearby. 18 minutes from balloon fiesta park and 20 minutes from old town Albuquerque. Several highly rated restaurants and grocery shopping within a few minutes.
