Beach Front Condo - Fall & Winter Dates Available-Beach Special

Enjoy the good life by the sea and our first floor end unit #132, just 7 steps will certainly help you accomplish these objectives without a lot of steps to wear you out. Save your energy to walk the beautiful beach or fish from the pier that is private to Sea Cabin guests.

Experience the sunrise with a cup of coffee on your newly carpeted furnished balcony. The view of the ocean from here is great and the rhythmic sound of the sea and breeze off the ocean may tempt you to want to enjoy lunch and dinner from here as well. However, if you do want to get out, no problem, the condo is located in the heart of the recently renovated downtown Isle of Palms shopping, restaurant and entertainment area.

There is Newly Renovated Kitchen, New Tile Flooring, and new Wood Flooring in the Living Area. A queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and two built in bunk beds (great for the children) directly across from the master bedroom. Linens and towels are provided, beds are made upon your arrival and departure cleaning is provided.

The beach is simply seven steps down and a short walk from your condo. The condo also features a large oceanfront pool with a lot of decking for sunbathing by the beach. There is also a nice grilling area for your outdoor cooking. If sightseeing is on your agenda, you are only a few miles to Sullivans Island and Fort Moultrie or just 13 miles to the historic District of downtown Charleston.

You are also within minutes of Cape Romaine Wildlife Refuge, USS Yorktown(...as seen on Scy. Fy. Ghost Hunters...) and Bulls Island. We have not even considered yet the many fine golf courses in the area. The activities and fine restaurants abound. Location, location, location. This was a great place for a beach getaway.The condo is clean. The Keurig wasn't working, so don't plan on that. The owner (or whoever he has running the rental) isn't very responsive, so don't plan on that either.

It was exactly the way it was described, small but it was what we needed it to be. The host was less than good at communicating and was a bit snippy when we asked about missing washcloths and a tricky cable connection. The Oceanfront property was certainly a plus when you can hop skip and jump to the beach. All in all after a short trip to target for washcloths we were quite pleased with our stay.

You know what is funny. No one else has had any issues with the Wash Cloths that are left for the Guests. And no one has ever complained about the Cable Connection. I guess he just isn't Happy unless he COMPLAINS about something!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is an end unit on the first floor that is easily accessible. It has an ocean view and is right off the beach. You have to cross the parking lot to the private beach access gate. There is a pool and a laundry next to the beach. The condo is equipped with everything you would need. Linens, towels, beach chairs, cookware, dishes and all utensils. Tom is a great host. He replied to my messages promptly with all the info I needed.

The Beach Front Condo was perfect for our mom/daughter beach trip. The condo was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen (although we didn't cook), the bathroom appeared to be updated (bath/shower was great), and it was steps to the beach. There are beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to use, although it was cold during our trip and we didn't use them. It really had everything needed for a fun trip to the beach and Charleston. Tom was a great host and communicator.

We both grew up in South Carolina and always vacationed at the South Carolina beaches. We currently reside in the low country area and purchased our condo for our family and rental guests. Now that we have several grandchildren, we enjoy taking them to the beach so they can have the same experiences we had.

Why they chose this property

We think the Isle of Palms, Mt Pleasant, and Charleston are ideal places for a great vacation. Charleston was recently voted the #1 Tourist Destination in the United States by Travel Magazine. This area is great for spending quality time with family and friends. There is something here for everyone.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the pool, the peacefulness of the ocean. You can sit on the balcony and here the soothing sound of the waves on the shore. Our adult children and grandchildren, of course, enjoy the sand and surf.
