Vacaciones Inolvidables / Unforgettable holidays.

We spent a marvellous week in the house in Roche. We all love Cádiz since I studied there, but my kids now 9 and 5 years old hadn't been there before. We have had the opportunity to come back and spend all together (my parents, my sister and niece, my husband and my kids) a week that we will never forget. The house was perfectly equipped, clean, and confortable for it, and so we just have to take care of having fun in the pool, the beach or going for a walk or dinner.

Dit was een heerlijk ruim huis. Mooie grote tuin met genoeg privacy. Een fijne plek om buiten te zitten. Huis was schoon. Wij komen vaker in deze wijk en vinden het een hele mooie en rustige omgeving. Contact met het agentschap was prima. Ze waren behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Zwembad is ook prachtig maar wel koud doordat het veel in de schaduw ligt.Het enige minpunt was (en dit was voor ons geen probleem omdat we maar 2 kamers nodig hadden) is dat er in twee slaapkamers airco is en in de andere twee kamers staat een ventilator paal. Op zich geen ramp hoor. Al met al hebben wij genoten en zou ik andere mensen het huis zeker aanraden.

Top handling eines Problems seitens der Agentur (ursprünglich hatten wir ein anderes Objekt angemietet, welches uns aber dann nicht zugesagt hat). Dafür gibts von uns einen Extrastern. Objekt und Lage sehr gut für Personen welche eine ruhige Umgebung, schönes Ambient, sehr gute Ausstattung und Nähe zu einem schönen Sandstrand suchen.

Der eine Stern Abzug für den Aufenthalt resultiert allein aus den Einschränkungen, die währenddessen aus den nachbarschaftlichen Bautätigkeiten ergeben hatten.Über diese Umstände waren wir aber im Vorfeld informiert.Die Abwicklung mit den Eigentümern, der Verwaltung vor Ort und auch das Haus mit allem drum und dran, verdienen komplett alle Sterne. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Haus ist komfortabel und es fehlt an nichts. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Es bietet genug Platz für Rückzugsorte. Der Pott und der Garten ein Traum. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und uns sehr gut erholt. Wir kommen wieder! Ganz, ganz herzlichen Dank für diesen traumhaften Urlaub!

Sehr komfortables und gepflegtes Haus

Fantastisches und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer angenehmen "gated community" in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und alle Schlafzimmer haben sehr gute Betten. Das Grundstück ist großzügig bemessen, Veranda und Terrasse mit Barbecue sind wunderbare Orte für Aperitif, Frühstück, Dinner. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe. Alles in Allem ein perfekter Ort für unbeschwerte Ferien. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind perfekt, die Fisch aus der Markthalle in Conil kann nicht besser sein. Preis der Wohung ist angemessen. 100/100 Sternen

Outstanding Villa

What a wonderful surprise it has been. Your house evokes tranquility and warmth, as a family we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The pool and outdoor area is spectacular where we have enjoyed many bbqs. House is ample, clean and very well decorated. Beach is about 5mims away in car and Roche is a very quiet area to relax. We all want to thank you for equipping us with every single detail! We hope to be back soon.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus hat uns voll überzeugt. Top Ausstattung, tolle Lage, sehr überzeugende und sympathische Hausverwaltung vor Ort. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war perfekt. Handwerkliche Kleinigkeiten wurden spätestens am nächsten Tag unverzüglich von professionellen Unternehmen erledigt. Fragen konnten jederzeit mit der Hausverwaltung oder dem Eigentümer ganz entspannt per Telefon / WhatsApp geklärt werden. Für uns, 8 Personen, war das Ferienhaus super geeignet. Hier werden wir sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein :-)

Venimos encantados con la estancia en esta casa, no le falta detalle, todo esta muy cuidado y limpio. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y la decoración estupenda, queda situada a 10 min. de la playa, pero es un paseo agradable. La piscina y jardín fantásticos. Seguramente repetiremos.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Casa Emma y Leo. Wie bereits beim letzten Aufenthalt haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu hat die äußerst geschmackvolle und hochwertige Ausstattung des Hauses beigetragen. Hier blieben von unserer Seite keine Wünsche offen. Gegenüber unserem letzten Aufenthalt sind die Bäder und die Außenanlage sehr stilvoll renoviert worden. Wir waren im November dort und fanden es sehr behaglich, an den kühleren Abenden alle Räume heizen zu können. Es war sicherlich nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in Roche im Casa Emma y Leo. Wir freuen uns schon auf die nächste Reise.

Perfekter Sommerurlaub im Herbst

Während in Deutschland der Herbst Einzug hielt, konnte man in Roche noch einmal sommerliche Temperaturen, lange Strandtage an der fußläufigen Bucht und sogar ein Bad im Atlantik genießen. Aber auch Regentage konnten nicht für Trübsal sorgen, denn das Haus lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Durch eine perfekte, modernen Ausstattung hat man vor Ort alles was man zum Kochen, Backen, Braten und es-sich-gutgehen-lassen benötigt. Ob die Terrasse nach vorne oder hinten raus, irgendwo scheint bestimmt die Sonne und in der kleinen Loungeecke kann man die milden Abende ausklingen lassen. Wir kommen sicher wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf.

Sehr gepflegtes großzügiges Feriendomizil in Roche

Wir waren bereits mehrmals in Roche. Dieses Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöne renovierte Bäder. Ausreichend Sitz- und Liegeplätze im Garten und eine schöne schattige Terasse nach Westen. Gut auch das Strandequipment- Strandsessel und Sonnenschirme. Verbesserungswürdig ist allein der Straßenzustand in der Urbanisation- was allerdings nicht von den Vermietern zu verantworten ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder mieten, wenn wir nochmals in der Region Urlaub machen.

Sommernachglühen in Südspanien

Die Herbststürme fegten bereits über den Atlantik und auch in Deutschland wurde es merklich kühler.Aber welcher Wechsel in Roche!Der Sommer war zurück.Temperaturen von 23 bis 28 Grad waren mehr als zufriedenstellend.Wassertemperatur im Pool immer noch 23 Grad,was des öfteren zu einer kurzen Erfrischung einlud.Der saftig grüne Rasen stand in starkem Kontrast zu der mittlerweile stark ausgetrockneten Landschaft. Haus und Garten sind in einem top gepflegten Zustand und es ist ein Hingucker für das Auge,wenn man morgens beim Öffnen des Rollladens in den Granatapfelbaum, mit herrlich roten Früchten, blickt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll -man merkt, hier hat sich der Eigentümer Mühe gegeben, etwas sehr individuelles zu Schaffen.Die Betreuung vor Ort war super, aber kaum nötig da es nichts außergewöhnliches zu regeln gab. Bettwäsche,Handtücher und Geschirr sind ausreichend vorhanden und für einen Hobbykoch wären beste Bedingungen,da auch die Küchenausstattung sehr gut ist. Das herrliche Wetter lud zu langen Strandspaziergängen ein,die uns häufig bis Chiclana führten,wo um diese Jahreszeit (bis Ende Oktober) noch zahlreiche kleine Strandbars mit kleinen und größeren Gerichten einladen.Einfach einen Kaffee trinken oder abends bei untergehender Sonne bei einem Glas Rotwein zu entspannen,war für uns die wahre Erholung.Es lohnt sich also voll den Herbststürmen zu Hause den Rücken zu kehren.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben Ende September eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus hat einen guten Grundriss, der Garten auf großem Grundstück bietet durch den Pinienbestand genügend Schattenplätze und der schöne Pool lädt immer wieder zum Baden ein. Nicht zu vergessen die Hängematte, die häufig genutzt wurde. Es ist die perfekte Location zum Entspannen. Ergänzt wurde das Ganze durch die nette Betreuung vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
