This was our third time staying at this property. We’ve done a winter stay and now 2 summer stays and we’ll be on another next year because we’ve already booked. It is an awesome location, enough rooms for all of us and it’s right on the water so my sister and I can float. (Which is our favorite.) the lake is clean and cool perfect for floating. Our host is always there for any questions.
This was our third year in a row renting this spacious home for a family vacation. We already have it booked for a week each of the next two years. So, obviously we love it!
We have been renting a home for our extended family ranging in age from 10 to 80 each summer since 2018. This was one of our favorites. The kids had a great time swimming & fishing off the dock. We were fortunate to have a boat with us that provided tubing, knee boarding, fishing, & sunset cruises. The kitchen was very well stocked w/appliances & there was room for more than 1 cook when needed. Beds were very comfortable & 5 BR’s were perfect for us. We had a dog with us too. The large deck & Blackstone were great for outdoor cooking. The ping pong table in the basement was an unexpected plus! Even the 1 rainy day was fun with plenty of room inside for all. Communication w/owner was very good - some minor issues dealt with quickly. We were not sure the refrigerator was working properly & the garage fridge did not seem to work but we managed ok. I would highly recommend the property for large families.
The property was great and in an awesome location. It was a relaxing place to hang out and enjoy kayaking, fishing, swimming, and the fire pit. A place the whole family enjoyed!!!
My family and I spent a week at this property and absolutely loved it! The house has everything and more that you would need. The water is crystal clear and great for swimming and kayaking! We had 4 little ones with us 3 and under and they could not of had a better time!
Another awesome company retreat in the mountains of Maine. As always, the house was absolutely fantastic. Everything was clean and in working order. Communication with host was quick and efficient. Thank you so much for letting us use your home we absolutely love it. Hope to be back again next year.
My fiances family and I, 8 of us, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. We loved the lake, loons, and we made friends with the local ducks. Julie was an awesome host, definitely recommend!
13 family members spent the week at this beautiful home. We enjoyed swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, cooking, eating, fires with marshmallows and smores, relaxing, laughing, making precious memories. We want to return next year to vacation at this home again.
We had a nice stay in Lincoln ME. Property is located on trail with easy access to Lincoln and ITS 81.
House is large, comfortable and host was attentive. Thank you.
Had a wonderful girls weekend with sisters, daughters, nieces & grandchildren. Everything we needed was right there and the host was very available to answer questions. Plenty of room for everyone.
Spacious camp allowed us to gather with our three children, their spouses and children (13 of us in all). A big deck, nice dock, fantastic fire ring, lots of parking, private and easy kayak access to the lake. We’ve already booked for next year!
The place was great was clean and it had a few hiccups but all in all was a great place to relax the stairs needed some handrails but the lake was beautiful. We had a air conditioner problem and the owner was quick to answer our call to solve the problem.
This place was wonderful for family to stay for my sons wedding at Folsom Ridge Ranch in Burlington Maine. There were PLENTY of bedrooms and space for everyone. Had everything we needed for our stay. It was too bad that it was raining most of the time we were there because the deck, fire pit area and dock looked great. Not to far from Lincoln center.
We rent a property every year for our family winter vacation. We bring out kids and grandkids. Our plans are to go snowmobiling, ice fishing, sledding, snowshoeing, etc. Snowmobile trail is close by, which is great (this year we just needed snow!) We did enjoy ice fishing, and spending time outside. The bedroom setup was perfect for our family. We had 2 large snowmobile trailers, and we had plenty of room to park them. Great setup. We will be back.
Great place with plenty of space, though pretty far from decent snow mobile trails
We had 5 families with us, 3 of which had a couple small children...so it was a full house, but there was plenty of space in the bedrooms and the living room/dining area. The place could have been cleaned better and better stocked with cleaning supplies. We came up for a snow mobile trip, the lake was right out back and was plenty frozen to ride on (we pulled a tube and had a couple 120s for the kids) but was a bit of a challenge to get down to as there was no path. The local trails were not marked well at all and it was difficult to get out and back without getting lost. The main trails were a good deal away and you had to pass over roads, rail toad tracks, and in some cases an overpass for a major highway. Overall we enjoyed our selves, but it seems a place better suited for summer activities.
