Cold stream pond escape
My family of five plus in laws had a wonderful and relaxing vacation on cold stream pond. The house had everything we could have wanted. The close proximity to the lake allowed for plenty of swimming kayaking paddleboarding and fishing. Would definitely recommend to those seeking an outdoor retreat in rural Maine.

Quintessential lakefront getaway
A perfect combination of pine-needle covered walks to a sparkling clean lake, canoes and kayaks at the ready, and a wood paneled cabin with sleeping loft (and foosball on the lower level)! We all made great memories here!

Better than the photos
Gary’s communication was responsive and he took genuine interest in making sure we had everything we needed. The property is even better than the photos depict. Luckily the week we stayed at the cabin, the weather was on our side and the lake was calm.

Lakefront Tranquility
From start to finish, Gary was easily reachable and very prompt in answering any questions we had. The property overlooking the water was right out of a magazine. Between fishing, canoeing, fire pitting, and kayaking, our families had endless entertainment. We were lucky enough to see some shooting stars on the clearer nights. We were looking for something from our usual shore vacation and it delivered!!

Unforgettable Stay!
We just arrived home after spending a week at Gary's beautiful lakefront property! The home was more than we could have imagined in terms of cleanliness, space, and of course, the views could not be beat! We were a party of 2 adults in our mid-30s, our parents, and our 3 year old son. We rented both the main house and apartment over the garage so everyone could have their own space and it worked out perfectly! The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cutlery, spices, pots/pans, all linens/towels included, and what we were most excited about was the use of the boats, life jackets, and backyard lake oasis. We spent our days alternating between taking day trips to Bangor, Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park, Treworgy Orchards, and swimming in the unbelievably crystal clear water and family kayak/canoe trips around the expansive lake. Both the main house and apartment have all modern amenities in terms of TVs and fast WiFi, - Gary did not miss a beat when planning the property! Gary was super responsive when we had questions and checked in on us throughout the week to ensure we were all comfortable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful respite away from the daily hustle and bustle - families of all ages will love it! Thank you Gary - your home will always have a special place in our hearts.
