The owner was very polite, I requested an additional blanket it was delivered quickly. The room was spotless. Quiet neighborhood and private location. Close to a Walmart neighborhood market which allowed me to pick up breakfast and lunch items.

Quiet Neighborhood and great host away from the strip

Great host and super clean place! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood vibe. We were able to walk up to the local supermarket and get food for the week - we cooked here in the full kitchen. Thanks for a great stay.
