🦋Private Studio Near the Sphere & Shared Pool by Prior Arrangement.

The Cozy Private Room is private modern styled, with full cozy small bathroom for a comfortable stay, It is perfect for two guest (for an additional fee extra guest $15 per night). It has two full bed, Smart TV, reclining sofa perfect for resting and a mini kitchen ( microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven ) where you can prepare your meals and save money by not eating out,
Note: The studio is attached to the main house, it does not have any access to the house, both are independent. Studio Near the Sphere & Shared Pool Access by Prior Arrangement The pool may not be available on certain days due to maintenance, private Swimply reservation or family gatherings.
The pool can only be used by registered guests is located next to my house, just let me know if you want to use it so I can leave the back doors open for you.
My studio is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a restful and pleasant place , the access to the studio is totally independent for your privacy.
Located a 10 min to the Strip and all Casinos
• 5 minutes walking from the Boulevard Mall, Victoria Secret, Ross, 10 or 15 min by car to Sphere, Stratosphere, Convention Center ,Casinos, Strip, Freemont.
• Nearby to Restaurants, and entertainment.

This property was very disappointing. We weren’t even able to stay here for the following reasons. Things that were not pictured: 1. The shower is very small. My friend who was with me is 6’3” and would have been very cramped showering in that space. If you are over 6’ - be aware that showering will be quite uncomfortable! 2. When we arrived it was 116 outside and we walked into the studio and it was at least 90 inside. There were two AC units on the wall and only the upper one was on (which was dripping some sort of fluid down the wall). We couldn’t feel any cool air until we put our hands up to the unit itself. We turned on the lower one and after 15 minutes it was only maybe a couple of degrees cooler directly in front of the unit. With an expected low of only 90 at night, we knew that it would not get cool enough inside to be comfortable enough to sleep. 3. The property has a pool, but you apparently have to tell the host exactly when you want to use it, otherwise there is no access. When we arrived, the host was having a family event and the pool would not be available until after the hours shown in the house guide. I really felt that this should have been communicated when I booked the rental, or at least before we arrived, so that we knew the pool would be unavailable for use. If you are renting a property with a pool, you expect to be able to use it throughout your stay. We ended up having to find another place to stay.

Dear Serena Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback\. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations\. I would like to clarify a few points for future guests\. The studio, bathroom, and shower are accurately shown in the listing photos so guests can determine whether the space meets their needs before booking\. Regarding the air conditioning, the studio has two AC units that are fully operational and have kept previous guests comfortable, even during the hot Las Vegas summer\. As for the pool, the Welcome Guide clearly asks guests to let me know in advance when they plan to use it so access can be coordinated\. Before your arrival, you specifically requested to use the pool on Saturday after your concert, even though it was outside the normal pool hours\. I agreed to make an exception for you as long as it was kept quiet out of respect for the neighbors\. However, I was never informed that you wanted to use the pool on Friday\. On Friday, I was hosting a family gathering, so I was unable to accommodate an unexpected request that had not been communicated in advance\. I truly value guest feedback and always do my best to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay\. I wish you all the best in your future travels ;)

We didn’t want to stay in a hotel and found this place to be perfect for our short time in Vegas: very comfortable beds, quiet street, close to the places we wanted to see without being in a busy area. In fact, we’re staying there again in less than two weeks!

This stay was perfect for our time in Las Vegas. Close to grocery stores, the Convention Center and the strip. The suite is well kept, cool and quite perfect for easy mornings and winding down after being out in the heat, noise and lights of the city. We really enjoyed our time in the pool as well. It’s well appointed with a sitting area and was clean. The host answered all of our questions quickly.
