Unit is a converted garage.Pros- Good value, comfortable beds, functional kitchen, convenient location.Cons - Right under take off flight path (so many planes), host has visitors often, they utilize driveway and lights to vehicles shine brightly into unit late into night and early morning. I would not rent if you are expecting quiet.

Wonderful stay

This vrbo was exactly what we needed for our stay in Las Vegas. Cozy but roomy, not loud like the Strip, and close to the grocery and shops that we needed.

Great place to stay!

We didn’t want to stay in a hotel and found this place to be perfect for our short time in Vegas: very comfortable beds, quiet street, close to the places we wanted to see without being in a busy area. In fact, we’re staying there again in less than two weeks!
