Located in one of the most picturesque & restful Oia neighborhoods in Santorini, you need less than a minute to promenade along the worldwide famous marble-paved Caldera street.
The house is right off the main street of Oia which makes it very accesible, as you can pull up with a car right below the house.

Constructed in the late 18th century,
a north-facing house, (not cliff view) where you can get memorable view of the neighbor island of Ios and the glorious shades of Aegean blue.

Amazing Hosts!

We stayed in Santorini for 3 nights. The property was wonderful, clean and just a short walk to all the restaurants and shops of Oia. The best part about staying at Kalyva was by far Faye and Konstantino. They are so kind, friendly and happy to help with anything you need. I highly recommend staying here.

A Wonderful Property -- Highly Recommended

The unit is perfectly located in Oia -- close enough to the main streets and restaurants, but far enough away that it's not noisy or crowded. Constantino and Faye were excellent hosts who arranged our pickup at the ferry and our trip to the airport. The unit itself has a very nice, small courtyard and a roof deck with excellent views facing the ocean (non-caldera) side. The bathrooms are large and clean, and the kitchen is also very nice. Our group of four highly recommends this property.

Amazing experience in heavenly location!

We cannot say enough about how wonderful this house is. Beautiful, comfortable bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, lovely common area and kitchen and breathtaking patio and roof deck. Constantino was an outstanding host, setting up our airport transfers, a driver to tour us around the island and wonderful restaurant suggestions. He was very gracious and also let us check in early since we were severely jet-lagged! Lastly the access to the house was up only a few steps which was ideal for our group. Thank you again!

Great place, great hosts, and a wonderful visit to Santorini

Faye and Konstantino are the perfect hosts! Konstantino arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport. When we arrived to the house, they greeted us and spent considerable time reviewing island highlights and places to eat. All of Faye's recommendations were spot on (I'd add KooKoo's to the list...excellent seafood linguine and very good pizza). This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. Faye and Konstantino did a great job renovating the house! We enjoyed sunrises from the house's courtyard and stargazing from the rooftop patio. We chose the right place to stay!

Perfect apartment, great location

This wonderful apartment is a short walk from shops, restaurants and a few grocery stores, as well as from some of the most spectacular scenery on the island. We enjoyed the sunset from the roof deck one evening, which was a nice break from watching it with throngs of tourists. The apartment is perfect for a family or two couples, with two bed/bath suites. The building was renovated fairly recently, the apartment is very clean and it's obvious that a lot of care goes into making it comfortable and functional. The beds are comfortable, the linens and towels are great and the kitchen is well-stocked. Its very thick walls help keep it very quiet, even though a busy street is just below it. We've rented many apartments/houses in a few countries over the years and this is one of our favorites. Faye and Konstantino are lovely and were extremely helpful in making suggestions on things to do, as well as making dinner reservations at incredible restaurants for us. We hope to visit them again in the not-too-distant future!

Maison très agréable et super hôtes

Faye and Konstantino ont rénové avec beaucoup de goût et sobriété cette maison divisée en deux appartements possédant chacun sa terrasse privative. Mention spéciale pour le lumineux salon-cuisine très agréable. L'emplacement, au sein du village d'Oia, se trouve à proximité de tout. Nos hôtes nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux et se sont montrés attentifs pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

This is Konstantino. Born and raised in Athens Greece.
Visited Santorini with Faye for the first time in 2018 and spending summer season working in Oia we felt more like home on the Island rather than the city of Athens.
In 2021 my girlfriend Faye and I leased this property and started working on it. This is one of the oldest houses in Oia, as we stepped since the very first time the idea of trasfmorming this traditional Cycladic house into an all year long accomodation hit us really strong!
Respecting Cycladic architecture and local materials we fine tuned the house with lots of value to detail.
