Rocky Mountain Lakefront Home close to Denver
Ground floor two bedroom guest unit in the large log cabin home in a private setting on Georgetown Lake. Hiking trails await out the front door as well as fishing and sightseeing. The unit has a separate entrance from the owner-occupied upper floors and features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room, patio. The master bedroom is spacious and includes a king bed, an office area and sitting area (two futon sofas) and walk-in closet. The master bath has a double vanity and no-step shower. Second bedroom is smaller and has a California king bed with full bath. (This is an interior bedroom.)
There is a futon in the master bedroom for an extra bed.
Guests have their own washer and dryer. Guest kitchen features a gas range, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave.
Relax on the front porch with your first cup of coffee or after a long day. Cook a gourmet meal on a Traeger BBQ pallet grill.
Two parking spaces are available on the property for guest use.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Make sure the outside bin is locked with bear proof lock. Pour Clorox inside the bin if you have food leftovers.
If you have a minute please start the first load of laundry with towels. Bring all bedding downstairs in the laundry area.
Close all windows before you leave.

Inside you will find two comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, great kitchen with high-end appliances and open space living room with dining area.
What makes this property unique
The lakefront property is just a few steps from several trails. Start your hike or bike from the doorsteps. In the winter ski Loveland is 15 min away. You are close to all Georgetown restaurants but in a very private setting on a lake. Denver is 40 min away. Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, Winter Park are 30-50 min away.
