Great place to stay in CDM

This is an excellent place to stay in CDM. Nice size with a modern kitchen. Check in process is very easy. Walkable location with easy street parking which you can’t take for granted in this area.

Great location

Our overall impression and experience staying here was good. There was some construction going on around the property so it was a little loud at times. Even with the construction, I would stay here again though. The location is great and close to the beach.

Great property!

Great property for a relaxing business trip. The family was able to enjoy the surrounding area while I went to work. Plenty of room for everyone and all of the necessities needed to make a home cooked meal each day after they explored. Quiet neighborhood and no issues finding a close place to park. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location & great house

This is a charming and clean house with everything I needed. The property manager was very responsive. There could have been more instructions on the TV but the property manager came over immediately to resolve my issue. I’d definitely stay here again!

Buyer beware!

I wanted to surprise my wife who was having her significant birthday with a visit to Corona Del Mar where which we visit frequently. When we arrived the keypad didn’t respond to the code we were given. The property manager, Mitch with whom we had dealt on numerous previous rentals texted the code. The inside had the furnishings shown but a few towels in the dryer, no kettle, the comforters as shown. When I looked for duvets I found only one and it had a dark red large stain. Mitch offered to reimburse me for the cost of two duvets and pillow cases and linen. There was no kettle, cleaning materials or basics for cooking. There is ongoing construction next door. If you’re wanting a bare bones equipped house as opposed to others at a similar cost, fully equipped like your home then this rental doesn’t work. I decided to move to a hotel instead of this house. It was very disappointing and I cannot recommend anything positive about the experience.

Alan indicated he is a first time VRBO user ahead of time, which was apparent. The listing was provided clean and as advertised with all amenities listed, and was rated 5 stars by all recent guests, but Alan immediately asked for a refund. He did not follow the instructions provided and went to the wrong door at arrival. He complained our extra duvet had a stain, not enough cleaning supplies, and no kettle (which we are not advertised to have)- we nonetheless offered to provide new items of each on the same day. This is a new rental that is occupied only by short term renters; it is not lived in long term. We are happy to accommodate any of our guests reasonable needs though expect to receive mutual consideration in return
