Beautiful 1 bed 1.5 bath apartment with 2 queen beds and opening sofa. Fully furnished. Full operational kitchen. a beautiful view of ocean and city from the 17th floor. Building has laundry, private pool and private beach with outdoor bar and dinner, Walking distance to smoke shop, covenant store, gas station, bank.
No Pets Allowed ( please discuss options for service pets before booking)
Keep balcony doors closed when leaving the apartment or when not used because of humidity. Building also charges $30 per 2 adults for key fob. Key fob is used to access the building from all doors including lobby entrance from parking garage. Also to Gym , pool, and beach gates. Valet Rates:

Our cleaning company is responsible for apartment cleanness and sanitation and will not take responsibility for anything that does not belong to the apartment.

The property was everything we expected. The owner communicated with us multiple times, very fast response times. Pool was great, proximity to ocean was fabulous. Burger truck right by the property while walking to the beach made for easy meals! Penthouse was clean and well maintained. Thank you!

Good apartment in a great location

A great place in an excellent location. The apartment is spacious. Really large living and dining area. Small but totally functional kitchen. Large bedroom with two double beds. Two huge wardrobes in the bedroom. A full bathroom. And a half bathroom. Valet parking is simple and actually cheaper than the rates posted in the description. Games room and pool in the complex. And steps to the beach. There are beach chairs, umbrella and some kids' beach toys available in the apartment. Location was great for us but be aware that it is a ways away from downtown Miami if that is where you plan to spend your time.

Price is good, building is old, not clean. Apartament is old, nor remodeled.

Only good thing is that close to beach and view from balcony. The building and apartament is old and not upgraded. Not clean, air conditioner is leaking, be careful if you have kids the floor is slippery.

Great location to stay by the beach, with beach view, pool is a very nice addition. Condo was nice and clean just as described. Blankets did smell not so clean, extra pillows don't have pillow cases and look dirty We stayed there for 5 days, just questioning if blankets get washed?

Great space and location!

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks! The place was super clean. Location was GREAT! Nice walk to a Walmart and a few restaurants. Longer walk to Hollywood's Broadwalk, but we love walking, so it was perfect for us. We also enjoyed meeting all the other families that were staying at this property and the property next door - the beach was very family oriented! Check-in would have been smooth IF the property owner had remembered to give our names to the front desk. We had about an hour delay because of it. Another 'complaint' is that yes, parking for our car was available, but it was an additional $10//night. I don't remember this being clarified. it would be VERY helpful if the kitchen items were listed. Also, a laundry basket was in the closet- this was great and would have been helpful info prior to arrival. Again, none of these things were deal breakers, but both my husband and I have been in the rental business for years and information details made a big difference. Would we rent this property again? Yes!

Location is pretty nice , the front desk lady at check in was very unpleasant. The property closes their pool at dusk so cant swim after say 6pm and have alot of rules to follow. The actual penthouse was nice and clean the shower was a little tricky to use but our short stay was fine, nice view.

Best vacation ever!!

I absolutely LOVED this condo. My 3 sons and I came from Kansas to spend Christmas in Florida on the beach from December 23, 2021 to December 28, 2021. I booked back in October but Davit's communication was perfect, he didn't miss a beat. He had quick responses and gave me a sense of trust with his professionalism. He even worked with me to make sure I could secure the dates I wanted. I had a minor issue at check in with the front desk so I called Davit and without hesitation he handled it for me with these exact words, "Don't let the small stuff ruin you and your family's vacation." I was very impressed. The cleaning lady was such a doll as well. The pictures are not a hoax, just enough space for us. The balcony is perfect and the view is everything!! There's a walmart near by within walking distance which was also great. Overall, coming to Hollywood, this is the place to stay! I'm glad I found this condo and I assure you that you will LOVE it too!!!

Great location!

Happy to have found this lovely apartment. The owner was very easy to work with and was very responsive to any and all of my inquiries. The apartment itself was as described. New kitchen and very clean. The building itself was no frills but did have a pool and gym as well as nightly valet parking. The location is great with beach access, walking distance to Hollywood Park and Boardwalk, and some fun bars & restaurants. A half hour drive from Fort Lauderdale Airport and a little over a half hour drive from South Beach. This rental served its purpose and was perfect for what we needed.
