Welcome to our cozy beachfront escape in the heart of Las Terrenas, Samana D.R. This 2 bedroom ground level condo is a cozy haven, where modern comfort meets coastal simplicity. Open living area doors filled with natural light, and the well-equipped kitchen invites you to whip up your favorite meals. Conveniently located within a stroll of local restaurants & lounge bars, Punta Popy Beach, El Limon Waterfalls and many tours to choose from. Immerse yourself in the laid-back charm of Las Terrenas.

- 2 bedrooms with posturepedic mattresses and writing desk in each room. Baby basinet (20 lbs limit) and twin beds set up as king is furnished upon request.
- 1 full size sofa bed with memory foam mattress.
- 2 Classic Caribbean style bathrooms paired with modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
- Kitchen is fully equipped; refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee and espresso maker and all utensils and dinnerware.

We stayed in this area to visit and we absolutely fell in love with it, so much we decided make it our vacation home and be snowbirds during the winter season in North America.
The beach is across the road, walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars, just a few feet away. A drive to town is about 5 minutes to supermarkets and restaurants by the beach, very accessible. The facility manager can assist with excursions or transportation.
