The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with lounge / sofa bed, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. Comfortable and modern furnishings, u. A. With dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, full kitchen utensils. The bedrooms are to the garden, so that you can sleep quiet and relaxing. Non smoking. No pets. We spent a few days in Leipzig visiting family. The apartment was close to them and our stay was very pleasant. The only problem we had was parking but that seemed to be a city wide thing. Most days we found parking close by. Our host was very friendly and even helped us carry our suitcases to the apartment.

Toller Kurzurlaub in wunderschöner Ferienwohnung

Wir haben in der Wohnung ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht und können sie zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Eine tolle Altbauwohnung mit Charme und gemütlichen Garten, die ruhig gelegen ist, aber trotzdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in nächster Nähe vorhanden. Ins Stadtzentrum sind es lediglich wenige S-Bahn-Stationen und für uns war es ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für unseren Städtetrip. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle noch an den Gastgeber! Wir wurden unglaublich herzlich empfangen und haben viele gute Informationen und Tipps von ihm erhalten...sehr, sehr nett und sympathisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Viele Grüße aus dem Westerwald

Familienurlaub in Leipzig

Als Familie mit drei Kindern (8,6 und knapp 2 Jahre) haben wir unser Wochenende sehr genossen. Die Anbindung über die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist gut, nur die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig. Immer wieder gerne!

Es hat an nichts gefehlt

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Fewo war sehr sauber, der Kontakt zum Vermieter nett, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht ganz zentral, ist aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut angebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie/ Verpflegung in Laufweite. Alles in allem unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Top für einen Städtetrip

Die Wohnung ist für einen Städtetrip otimal gelegen und gut eingerichtet, ebenfalls liegen hierfür Infomaterialien über die Stadt in der Wohnung aus. Das Zentrum ist in 10 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, die Schlafzimmer zu einem begrünten Hinterhof, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäft sind zu Fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist nicht übermäßig groß, aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber voll ausgestattet. Selbst Teebeutel, Kaffee und ausreichend Gewürze sind vorhanden. In einem Schlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett mit 2 Matrazen, das 2. Schlafzimmer hat eine große Matraze (Boxspringbett). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfbereit, aber keineswegs aufdringlich. Wie würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten, wenn wir nach Leipzig kommen.
