Short stay

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting A friend close by. House was very nice, the perfect size and had everything we needed. The neighborhood looked a little iffy but we had no problems while there.

Pretty comfortable, but could have been better.

The beds were okay and we enjoyed having a little kitchen and dining rm. There was a maintenance issue with the bathroom the evening we arrived. We called the number given and were told they would let us know when someone could come out to service it. Our family had to live without a bathrm until the following afternoon. This required bringing the kids to the local gas station before bed. Not fun. We understand that stuff happens, but wish property management would have communicated with us about when they could make repairs. Other than that, we had a nice stay and appreciated having a washer and dryer.

Nice place to stay

Good location. Not too far from the beach. Very clean. Nice size house for 4 people. Was exactly what was posted in VRBO. Backyard was nice. Southern was very helpful when I had questions and would recommend renting from them.
