Enjoy the peaceful, historic& trendy East Hill neighborhood just up the road from downtown and just 10 min from Pensacola Beach and the Airport!

Great neighborhood to walk around with plenty of parks with basketball courts and a baseball fields, a cafe down the block if you want to walk over and get your morning fix of coffee and places to eat. Publix is just down the road for your convenience. Everything at your finger tips! This is a 2nd floor apartment & there may be guests staying downstairs.

Convenient and cozy in east hill

We booked this property for our nieces after we found out the location of their vrbo was in a less than desireable area. Both my husband and i got covid before their arrival and were not able to host them at our house as usual. We were comforted knowing 4 women would be safe in their surroundings. The apt has basic amenities and the convenience of a washer and dryer on premises. Felix, the host was very communicative and responsive to questions. Though we missed having them in our home we were glad they could experience the charm of east hill, our favorite pensacola neighborhood.
