Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Birdie’s nest. It was a great place - quiet and relaxing this time of year. We didn’t want to leave - definitely rent it again when we head back to Lake Oconee.

Loved the cottage! Thank you for sharing your lovey place. The view is breathtaking and I enjoyed watching 8 out of 10 golfers hit their ball short of the green and into Lake Oconee.The cottage was perfect for our needs and we hope to return.

The house was fabulous and the golf course view was amazing. Great things for our group were two primary bedrooms on the first floor and dog friendly. Each bedroom has a bathroom as well as a hall bath in the living area. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. Communication with the property managers was outstanding. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect weekend retreat
