Perfect for our girls trip!

We loved our stay, the house is perfectly located to not only the beach but great restaurants and grocery stores. We had the best time and the house was perfect after a long day at the beach. The outdoor shower was a nice touch with amazing water pressure.

The house was exactly what we wanted before heading out on our cruise. The beach access, pool, and fun amenities allowed our family to spend time together, while the well appointed kitchen and full dining room allowed us to have family meals before a week of restaurants and buffets.

Spacious house in a quiet, private neighborhood. We felt secluded while using the pool, as nobody could really see us. Very attentive host, answered all of my questions and concerns within an hour or so.

Oh family stay with 9 was great! The house was nice and we really enjoyed the pool, the large outdoor furniture for hanging out, and pool table and ping pong table were slit of fun. The private access beach was so convenient and really nice to access so close with ni parking and table and a shower to rinse off. All the provided beach, chairs, wagon, and beach toys were a huge bonus. Our stay was perfect and the house and all the amenities suited our needs perfectly. The host was also great and very responsive to our questions. I would come back and would highly recommend it.

Great accommodations and space within a 5 minute walk to the beach with all the beach necessities. The home is just as important with a heated pool, outdoor shower which we loved, and the putting green and pool table/ping pong table were all wonderful and we used it all! We would highly recommend this property and would return!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this house. We were a group of 6 women. The home was clean and spacious with plenty of seating for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the pool area, hot tub and outdoor seating. The short 5 minute walk to the private beach was very convenient. We really appreciated the pool/beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas that were provided. We all commented how nice the home was and how safe and pretty the area of Terra Mar is. We all agreed that we highly recommend this home.

Great place for a family

The house was very nice, clean and well-maintained. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. Only complaint is that the listing stated 3 bathrooms while in fact there are only 2. Other than that, we had a great stay.

It’s not too good to be true!!!

We could not say enough great things about this home. The location and beach we had access to were quiet and amazing. The host was available at all times. The house is exactly what it looks like and was a beautiful oasis. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again if we visit the area in the future!!

Great location with nice amenities

We really enjoyed our time at this house! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and putting green. My mother sometimes needs a wheelchair and it was easy for us to move it through the house. I am always skeptical of places saying they are an easy walk to the beach but this really is a quick walk, even with my mother in her wheelchair. The hosts were friendly and quickly answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Well laid out modern space. Nice private heated pool. Private beach access. Nice neighborhood with lots of options to eat or grocery shop. Our kids 13 & 10 didn’t want to leave the property. Host was very responsive to our questions along the way. This place checked all the boxes for us.

Wonderful Home w/ Private Beach Access

My wife and I, along with a couple of friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Given the current COVID situation we spent virtually all of our time on the property. The pool was perfect and the outdoor seating area was very nicely done. The house is clean and very spacious. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. And, the private beach access is bonus. It's just a few minutes walk and we had it all to ourselves the 2-3 times we ventured out!

House with it ALL

The owners of this house have put some real thought into knowing the needs of a rental beach house. It has all the convenience’s and MORE. Pool, putting green, pool/ping pong table, private beach access within walking distance. It has the little things too special pool/beach cups, plenty of beach chairs/umbrella and toys. The rental company is very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again. The one downside was our one family had a difficult time sleeping in one of the spare beds mattress, it could use an upgrade.

30th Birthday

The property was gorgeous. The beach was clean and secluded. The pool and seating areas were lovely. The outdoor shower was extremely convenient, as well as the direct access to the bathroom near the small golf area! The pool had many floats and the garage was filled with beach accessories. Kitchen was also beautiful. The only thing I will say is that there are only 3 bedrooms. Then a den with a Murphy bed--- online makes it seem like 4 bedrooms plus then den with Murphy bed.

As good as it gets!

Our stay in this home was wonderful. It’s even better in person than in the photos. Everything was clean, organized and labeled. Since we traveled from out of state, having access to beach chairs, wagon and toys, not to mention all of the kitchen items, extra towels and laundry, made a world of difference. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, as was the short walk across the Intracoastal to the private beach. The backyard pool was serene and provided the perfect hangout spot for our family. And the communication with the property manager was prompt and considerate. I can’t speak highly enough of our stay and hope to come back again!
