Super clean and organized. Hosts were lovely with reminders and messages regarding our stay. Appreciated recommendations fr coffee around the Kingston area. WiFi worked well for everyone. Beds were comfy and space was well equipped.

Great Overnight Stay with plenty of room!

Really comfortable beds and everything you need for an overnight stay. We had 6 adults and two teenage children and everything we needed!

Great Stay

This property was great for us and our family visiting from out of town! It was a great location and a comfortable space. The backyard and hot tub were our favorite part. The host Seth was very responsive and helped us in a very timely manner when we needed it. We would definitely recommend this home to stay in!

Perfect Place!

We needed a place for 9 of us to stay one night. This property accommodated all of our needs. The outdoor space was awesome, including the hot tub. If we ever need to be in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

The rental of both side of this house was perfect for our family attending a wedding nearby. The house was very clean. All the beds were very comfortable and the kids used the sofa bed and airbed in the family room and were very happy with it. Kitchen had what we needed and communication with Seth was quick and helpful when we had questions. It was convenient to all of Kingston.

Big house, nice amenities

Great house slept 8 easily ..nice amenities. There is a train track near by which I thought was going to be a problem but it ended up being fine and I am a light sleeper.

Clean home with many bedrooms

Stayed here for one night with 2 friends. It was nice to have 4 separate (small but clean) bedrooms with comfortable beds. Home was clean and in a nicely renovated condition. We had an issue with the hot water in the bathrooms but owner was very responsive.

Thanks for staying with us! We are happy that you enjoyed your stay. The bedrooms all have a queen bed with ample space to move around. The hot water issue was addressed immediately with some simple instructions. This is issue has never happened before.

This place worked great for a group of friends traveling together. There was lots of space to spread out, and having access to two kitchens made meal prep easier. The hosts provided helpful local recommendations, as well as white noise machines to help with the train noise.
