Welcome to our charming town house, ideally located just minutes from the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, and Rue du Commerce. This spacious 160m² (1,700 sq ft) private space spans three floors and an annex beneath a stunning glass roof, offering a rare blend of comfort, natural light, and authentic Parisian charm.

Originally a 19th-century coaching inn, our home combines classic Parisian architecture with modern comforts, including air conditioning throughout. The second floor features a cozy living room with exposed wooden beams, a hallmark of traditional Parisian apartments. The first floor boasts elegant wall moldings, adding a touch of French refinement.

One of the highlights of our home is the atelier, once the painting studio of artist Renée Cullère. Nestled beneath a beautifully renovated glass roof, this rare space is flooded with natural light while benefiting from thermal and acoustic insulation for absolute comfort. The exposed stone wall adds to its artistic and historical character, making it a truly unique place to stay.

The three family suites, each occupying an entire floor (40m²), offer privacy and comfort. Each suite includes a queen-size bed (160cm), a queen-size sofa bed (160cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a private dining area, a laundry space, and a bathroom with a shower and separate restroom. Overlooking the peaceful interior courtyard, they guarantee a quiet and restful stay.

Our pop-style suite is inspired by pop-art, with vibrant colors and playful decor. It features a Murphy bed (double 140cm) and a whirlpool tub. The high ceilings and zenithal light enhance the sense of space during the day, while colored lighting transforms the ambiance in the evening, creating a cozy and artistic atmosphere.

For gathering moments, enjoy a beautiful dining room that seats up to 14 guests. It also features a comfortable 4-meter sofa, perfect for relaxing while watching a film on the Dolby Atmos projection screen for a truly immersive cinema experience.

A gym with sauna, water rower, and TechnoGym bench awaits you in a charming vaulted cellar with exposed stonework, open daily from 8 AM to 11 PM—a peaceful retreat from the city’s energy.

The house is fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, TVs with streaming apps, and laundry facilities in each suite.

With a single access code for all suites, moving between spaces via the shared staircase is effortless, allowing you to enjoy time together in the suites or in the common areas.
