Large family friendly home with private pool
Resort style home in a newly established neighborhood in historic Waxhaw, NC. Located about 30 min from downtown Charlotte and just 2 hours from the Blue Ridge Mountains. Additionally, we are a day trip from Myrtle Beach, Wilmington, and other fantastic Atlantic coast beaches. It’s a newly build home on a 1 acre lot with space to give any family peace of mind.
The backyard offers a beautifully landscaped, private pool area, huge deck with a gas grill and a gas fire table dining area and smart tv. Beyond that, is a large wooded area known as the “Kid Paradise”. It includes a long zip line, large trampoline, ninja course, hammocks, fire pit, trails for running and playing.
The home is kid friendly with a large bonus room stocked with toys, books, games, and game consoles. Kayaks are available to bring and launch at nearby Cane Creek Park.
