This house was perfect with amazing views. Great Location in between Gardiner/North Entrance of Yellowstone and Livingston & Bozeman! Highly recommend this house.
The house was absolutely amazing. The views of the mountain side made this stay even better. We found everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We even suggested to friends who asked where we stayed and if we would stay again out that way and we said absolutely!
Fantastic house with everything we needed. A/C would be nice for a hot July/August day, but it did cool off quickly at night with screened windows open. The drive up the hill is a bit long and rough in spots but absolutely worth the views and isolation which is exactly what we wanted. Drive to Gardiner is not bad to get into Yellowstone and seemed like a less crowded entry into the park. 5 stars for this place!
Perfect, clean, top notch, breathtaking
We unfortunately incurred the 100 yr old "event" and only able to really enjoy the house for one day.
We will be back!
Thank you to Luke and the management team for accommodating.

The drive up to this house gave us the perspective of how 'sky-high' we were going to be. It was spectacular, even better than the pictures! Amenities were as described, and we were more than comfortable as a family of 5. The starlink internet was very appreciated, esp by the teens. We drove to visit the North areas of Yellowstone, had lunch and ice-cream in Gardiner and souvenir shopping. Stocked up on groceries in Livingston, as well as burgers from Mark's In & Out. Relaxing around this home was enjoyable, we were visited by deer daily and by a fox once. We hope to return to this beautiful home, because the views and tranquility are like no other!
This mountain home was beautiful, well decorated and had all the supplies needed for a very comfortable and upscale stay. It was close enough to Yellowstone National Park to easily explore the central and northern areas of the park. We loved our stay at this home and would highly recommend the house.
For the owner only - The only issues that we had were that the master bedroom drapes apparently had fallen, and someone put the rod and drapes in the closet. I purchased a screwdriver and screws and then reinstalled the drapes. Even though the home is in a remote area, my wife was more comfortable with drapes. Also, when we arrived the house was full of fruit flies. The were hundreds of them on the windows and around the house. I purchased some insect spray to eliminate as many as we could. Neither of these items deterred us from a great stay. We understand that sometimes a few minor things happen. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.
We enjoyed staying in this gorgeous home with stunning views! Perfect location to Gardiner with white water rafting, horseback riding & quaint shops and restaurants. Loved the view driving up the mountain to the house & seeing so many deer & elk. Peaceful, with everything you need!
We were unfortunate to visit during the record flooding event in yellowstone. The rental company reached out prior to our arrival to help us arrive safely as most roads and bridges were closed. We supported the local area and visited Livingston. Highly recommend this property. We hope to cone back one day to visit Yellowstone. Take caution at the top on the drive when entering the property.
