Great property close to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Lovely home with every amenity. Melissa was super responsive and wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Cooperstown!
The house is charming and welcoming, and had all of the comforts we could need and want. The proximity to Cooperstown Dreams made it so easy to get back and forth for games, the beds were all comfy , and the house is well stocked. Being able to do laundry was a huge help. Definitely recommend this home for Cooperstown Dreams families.
Perfect spot for Dreams Park families! Quick 7-10 minute drive from the ball park, on the better side of town for restaurants, stores, etc. Was a great fit for my parents (they didn’t have to go up stairs), myself and 9 year old twin boys.

This property was the perfect location to Dreams and also close to restaurants. The host was very responsive!
This was perfect, so close to Dreams park it was easy to get back and forth in under 5 minutes. The house was perfect, clean, and Melissa was great. Great stay for 3 adults and 2 kids thank you.
Our stay was perfect for our week trip in Cooperstown for my son's tournament week. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can't beat the beautiful views! It was a perfect and relaxing getaway from all the baseball games.
The home was absolutely perfect for our stay in Cooperstown. Conveniently located near the ballparks and shops. Great amenities and space for everyone. Thank you!
Close to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Very comfortable house! We loved having laundry on site and room to spread out. Great experience overall.
Very tidy and lovely home equipped with everything you need. A comfy beds and nice and clean bathrooms. Melissa is a great host and there when you need her, Very nice and wants to share all she knows about the area. We had a great stay!
We loved this house! It’s clean, quaint and cozy which was perfect for my parents, my son and me to stay for the week. It’s perfect for traveling back and forth to Dreams Park. My husband and son had to stay on site at the park so it allowed for them to come shower, do some laundry and get some AC before heading back to the bunks.
We really enjoyed our stay in Cooperstown- the convenience and proximity to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown is unmatched! Our hosts were extremely communicative and helpful- we had a smoke alarm go off in the middle of the night and they responded right away and fixed it immediately. I highly recommend this property! Thank you!
House was comfortable for our needs. We spent little time there because we were at Dreams Park most of the time and the house was very close to the park.
We were in town for the Cooperstown tournament and would have had a great time regardless, but this house made it unforgettable. Beautiful scenery, very well maintained and so close to everything - yet so secluded. Would highly recommend. Will try to book in two years when we return!
Our stay was spectacular! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore. We were in town for Cooperstown Dreams Park, and it was especially fun to stay in a home that warmly welcomes baseball players and their families. The location is perfect - situated between downtown Cooperstown and Dreams Park, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. We loved the quiet, serene setting of the house, with beautiful mountain views, a great nearby fishing spot, and scenic walking routes. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay- and more. The amenities were top-notch.It was the perfect size for our group, offering plenty of space to spread out while also providing cozy gathering areas to spend time together. We hope to be back next year!
The property was great. The only concern was the shower water when the hot water was running with odor that could be smelled beyond the bathroom after someone showered.

As is very common in the area, our water is supplied by well water. We do have a whole house water treatment which helps with the sulfur smell, but I will reach out to the company that maintains the system. Hope you enjoyed Cooperstown despite the water issue!
We stayed at the house for my son's Cooperstown Dream Park week. The house is ideally situated between the baseball fields and downtown Cooperstown. Only a few minutes drive to each. It is a very nice place with all of the essentials. Very comfortable to stay in and quite enjoyable. Has a wonderful outdoor patio space with a fire pit and a grill. Would definitely recommend.
Perfectly adorable and charming home so close to Cooperstown. Made it convenient to go back and forth to games. Cozy and roomy! The check in process was a wee bit confusing just due to bad timing, but I would absolutely recommend this home to all!
We traveled for the Cooperstown Dream Park and this house was in a great location, only about 7 minutes from the fields. Beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. The house provided sheets and towels and was fully stocked with the basics in the kitchen and bathrooms. THANK YOU!
