Three cozy bedrooms upstairs – All located on the second floor, perfect for families or groups who want to stay close but still enjoy a bit of privacy.

Three fully renovated bathrooms – Two located upstairs and a third in the basement, conveniently adjacent to the laundry area.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire property, to include the use of one space in the garage.

Other things to note

For guests traveling with children, our 3rd bedroom (full bed with pull-out twin trundle) will comfortably accommodate three, allowing the house to accommodate a total of 7 guests.

House Rules:
No parties, please. Please declare all pets on the reservation. We ask guests with pets to clean up waste in the yard daily. Cleanup of any waste left after checkout will incur an additional $50 fee. Please refrain from using the fireplace. The house is old and this is the number one cause of house fires. Please do not move any furniture without prior written consent from the host. NO SMOKING of ANY kind in the home. Quiet hours are from 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends. No fireworks. No tampering with security cameras. Please adhere to the stated number of guests. No unaccompanied minors. Failure to abide by any of the above may result in loss of security deposit or cancellation and forfeiture of payment for the entire stay. We appreciate your consideration.
