What a fantastic property! Over the top amenities (loved the coffee bar). Fantastic upgraded house with old home charm. The location was walkable to downtown. Would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to our next stay!

A Great Place to Stay!

Everything about this property was exactly as represented, if not better! It was a perfect spot for our family vacation and in walking distance (a mile or less) of downtown, grocery stores, restaurants and even a beach! Quiet neighborhood and lots of amenities made our stay very comfortable. We loved it!

This is a fantastic property that is close to downtown. It met all of our needs and was well appointed throughout. Awesome kitchen and roomy back patio. Would definitely stay here again! If there is any minor advice it would be to replace the pillows in the master bedroom…but still a 5-star experience through and through..

This house is perfect! We were 2 families with teens and the room configurations were great, plus the outdoor space and location couldn’t have been better. Upon arrival check in was easy and we were pleasantly surprised how well the kitchen was stocked. We had a question regarding the laundry and our response from property management and our issues were resolved immediately with follow up. We would all love to return one day!

Lake Living at its Finest

Beautiful home that offered our family of 6 adults enough space to relax, cook in a kitchen that has everything a foodie family needs, and a nice size table inside and out for dining and nightly card games. In walking distance to lake and downtown and very quiet street. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed to enjoy lake living.

Long weekend

Fantastic house that looked better than the pictures. Wonderfully decorated, with fun welcome treats and a great morning coffee selection. One of the main reasons we chose this house was for the outdoor covered patio and the movie watching experience - neither disappointed. I look forward to renting it again next summer.

The house was everything we needed. The space was perfect for our 7 family members to get together and yet have separate private areas. Loved the decor and the high quality of it all. Very comfortable. With the exception of the key pads for access not working and not being able to contact anyone for about 2 hours, we eventually got that resolved and it was all wonderful after that!

Immaculate and Lovely Home

We are 4 friends who meet once a year (for 30 years now). This lovely, extremely well appointed and immaculate home was a perfect fit for us during our stay in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The owners have thought of aboslutely everything that one might want or need for a 'home away from home'. The picket fence around the home makes it so appealing, so cozy, and so private. It is located on a quiet street near downtown. Highly recommend this lovely home!!!

Check-in: We were well prepared before arrival for check-in. Even though, I couldn’t locate the door code, the property manager answered right away and it was resolved before even the bags were unloadedKitchen: The kitchen was well equipped and had nice touches like nespresso with Torani sauces and plenty of staples. Outdoor dining space: A very spacious and nice setup with a covered patio, a couple of outdoor games, bubbles, balls, hula hoops. Our toddlers loved it. House: spans three floors, including a basement. Basement was cool at all times. The house central air worked great. Beds were comfortable and had a variety of pillows to chose from. Laundry: Laundry room was well equipped and we used the steamer before the wedding we were attending. Check out: I appreciated that we didn’t need to strip the beds. Checkout was easy and as one would expect.

Enjoyable Thanksgiving Weekend

This property was perfect. Our adult children are spread from Seattle to Livingston Mt and for the last several years we have chosen to meet in Coeur d'alene for Thanksgiving as it is half way for all of us. This was our first time at this address. Cooking a big dinner, the kitchen was a dream. Everything you can imagine to work with and plenty of room for everyone to get involved in the process. The dining room table large enough for us all to sit together This house has lovely furnishings, comfy beds, and a play area for children as well as 2 large gathering areas with couches and Tv's. Plenty of room for everyone. Easy walk to town and close grocery for the little things you forgot. We had a great time.

We were blown away by all the thought and love that was put into this beautiful vacation home. From the moment we saw it, it was adorable! Inviting front porch swing, white picket fenced yard, even a darling lighted entry to the yard. The main living room has beautiful , comfortable furniture, great lighting, open floor plan and lots of shiplap…love the decor. Gourmet kitchen and coffee bar that we loved! Great bedrooms, super comfortable beds and linens, fluffy white towels, great baths, downstairs shower has tremendous water pressure for a wonderful shower! We played board games and cards…they stocked this place! There’s even a kids table and chairs with art supplies and toys! The two large living/bonus rooms with HD TV’s was a godsend when football and the Hallmark Christmas was in competition so we all had our own areas! We walked into downtown most of the time, it’s location is awesome being only 1 block to the nearest store, the downtown restaurants, the lake and park/resort are only a short walk! We were delighted to see the lovely Christmas touches and decor around the house for the holidays! So inviting! We will be back again and again! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We even were able to go on the resort Christmas lights cruise with the elves! Precious!
