The baths boast tiled floors, custom cabinets, and even a piece of local nostalgia, a clawfoot tub from the original Davenport Hotel lovingly restored!

The home is filled with comfortable beds, down comforters, high thread count sheets, faux rabbit fur throws, cozy sectional sofas and a large dining area with built in seating. The gourmet fully stocked kitchen has a 6 burner gas cooktop, double convection ovens, a convection microwave, French door refrigerator with filtered ice and water, coffee bar featuring a selection of coffee beans, espresso pods, tea and even some salted caramel syrup for your salted caramel latte.

There is also an InstaPot with Sous Vide, Ninja Blender center and a freestanding mixer for all your cooking needs.

This home has 4 bedrooms, primary has a king sized bed on the main floor with full bath and walk in closet and 43” HD tv. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized Casper mattress, desk, and adjoining bath. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has 2 twins and both share a 1/2 bath upstairs along with a kids creativity area.

Main living area has a 65” HD television, wood burning wood stove, and is open to the kitchen and dining. Downstairs is a bonus room with another oversized sectional, lots of board games, and even a chess table!

There is a dedicated laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer as well!

The large oversized covered deck is great for entertaining and has a Weber gas BBQ.

Close to downtown location within minutes of shops, restaurants, the resort, coffee shops and wine bars. Only 2 min to I90 and Sanders Beach. Bike rentals are just around the corner!
