Guest access

You will have access to the entire home. Two unassigned, first come, first served parking spots are available for use while displaying the HOA parking passes. Note that Dogwood Parking lot is closest to the townhome.



On snow days, take advantage of the indoor parking, the covered garage is located on the left side of the main entrance of the Village.



A utility closet in Level 2 bathroom is locked for the owner's belongings.

Other things to note

This home has comfortable occupancy for up to 8 people including children. No more than a total of 8 people.



You must be 25 years of age or older to book this place. The person booking must be one of the guests during the entire stay.



The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2. You will receive two HOA issued parking passes to park.



Only one pet is allowed at this property. You will be charged a non-refundable $99 pet fee.



Small to medium pets only. No large dogs.

Pets must be potty trained and well-behaved. Unruly or untrained pets are not allowed.

This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping home. Violating this rule will result in a fine of $1000.



City of South Lake Tahoe mandates quiet hours between 10 pm to 8 am and are strictly enforced.



Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or interfere with the quiet, peace and enjoyment of any and all neighbors.



Check out time is 11 am. You will be charged an additional fee of $99/hour if you do not vacate the home by this time.



Bring back pool towels once you have used them. Don't leave them by the pool/hot tub.



A ski/snowboard/beach toy storage closet is located outside right by the main entrance. The key is inside the house (on the left as you enter). Don't bring any skis/snowboards/beach toys inside the house. Ski and snow boots/shoes must be placed on the boot tray provided at the entrance.



Exceeding occupancy, parking or violating quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more.



No events or bachelor/bachelorette parties.



Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County Vacation Home Rental ordinance, and failing to do so may result in egregious penalties, fines of $1,000+ from the county, and even eviction. Visit El Dorado County's website for current ordinance as this is incorporated into this agreement.

This location is a short drive from Heavenly village and and steps from the shore of Lake Tahoe. It is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The check In process was easy and the rental was clean and well appointed.

Newly remodeled clean place!

We had a nice stay at this clean and newly remodeled place. Having 3 bathrooms felt luxurious and the beds were comfortable. Location was perfect, right on the beautiful lake and also only 5 minutes to Heavenly. Owners were very accommodating and helpful.

This condo was perfect for our family! The kids loved the loft. Kitchen was well stocked and super organized. Overall one of the tidiest rentals I've ever stayed at. We love this location, great beach AND a pool! Property owner was very responsive! We will be back!!

My family and I spent the most wonderful time in this home. They provided everything needed to make us feel at home. Loved the loft area and the location of the home. It is near everything! I loved that I could walk to the lake and to the dock. Looking forward to visit during summer time.

Great stay for our ski trip

We had great stay at this very well kept town home. The 3 full baths are worked so well with 8 of us. Kitchen is fully equipped with more than we need to cook simple meal. We appreciate the welcome wine as well! Location is great with walking distance to the beach, and close to the lifts. Will come again.

Absolutely incredible property

Enjoyed an absolutely wonderful stay at this property last weekend. The only complaint we had was that it wasn't long enough! The townhouse was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was so relaxing and enjoyable that we didn't even venture out at all except for our first night there. We had such a relaxing time that we didn't want to leave. Had probably the best communication I have ever experienced over the years of renting private properties with this property owner and highly recommend this property. Five stars!

Well appointed, great location, responsive host.

The property is very nicely appointed with many amenities that we appreciated. Plentiful paper goods and a well-stocked kitchen and lovely furnishings. Comfortable beds! The photos are accurate but do suggest a larger size than the rooms are (this is good photography so not a criticism, just helps to manage expectations) so it wasn’t as spacious as we expected but still satisfied our needs. We had a few little hiccups but the host responded quickly and did their best to remedy. Overall nice townhome with excellent proximity to everything in South Tahoe.

Beautiful home, well-located for skiing and restaurants

Our group of 6 friends had a lovely stay at this property. It was beautifully maintained, clean, and had everything we needed for a weekend trip. The hot tubs on site are a nice feature too. We only had two issues - (1) one of the towels had a stain on it, so it was unusable (2) the hot water did not work for long enough in 2 of the bathrooms. This was tough given that there were 6 of us and we all needed a hot shower after long ski days. Otherwise, very nice house. We'd love to stay again.

Great location!

This townhouse is in a great community with great amenities. The private beach is a short walk and is not crowded. The water is shallow and even warm. The house itself is clean and has everything you need for a family get away!

We are foodies and love skiing, hiking, water sports and lounging on the beach. Our go to place for breakfast is Cup of Cherries. Sprouts cafe is perfect for a wholesome, clean, organic lunch. They offer a variety of fresh juices as well. Artemis Lakefront Cafe is another favorite lunch spot that is walking distance from our place. Favorite dinner options are Azul, Izabella and Riva Grill. Riva is a few minutes walking distance too. Tahoe’s famous Sugar Pine bakery is right across the street.

Why they chose this property

We love skiing at Heavenly (both California and Nevada side.) which is less than 2 miles away. Other drivable ski mountains include Sierra-at-Tahoe, Kirkwood and Northstar. Popular hikes are Cascade Falls Trail and Fallen Leaf Lake Trail. Water sports equipment rentals are available at various places including Ski Run Marina which is walkable. Nearby golf courses include Bijou Municipal golf course, Lake Tahoe golf course, and Edgewood Tahoe Golf course. Explore multiple state parks in CA or NV including Emerald Bay, Washoe Meadows and Van Sickle Bi-State Parks.

Stateline casinos are located around 2 miles from here. Sand and Snow (located in Lakeland Village Resort) is approximately 100 yards walking to the private beach and pier, where you can lounge and watch famous Tahoe sunsets. You will have access to swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, gym and sauna. There are lakeside BBQ grills available to grill your favorites by the lake. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Safeway and CVS. There is a ski/snowboard rental facility in the main lodge and across the street.
