Gîte Nicolleau : In the heart of a natural and historic estate surrounded by llamas!

This 120m² cottage, fully renovated in 2024, sleeps up to 10 people. It comprises a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pod machine, toaster, kettle, etc.), a lounge with sofas, and an entrance hall. There is one bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, washing machine, and dryer. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom: two with a 140x190cm double bed and one with a 90x190cm bunk bed and two 90x190cm single beds. A private enclosed garden and terrace are accessible from the kitchen. Free on-site parking, Wi-Fi, and an electric vehicle charging point are available for an additional fee. To ensure a welcome that meets the safety standards and insurance requirements of our property, all private rentals of our two gîtes (15 people) are exclusively offered in conjunction with the reservation of the reception hall. Bed linen is provided: the beds are made upon your arrival! We are located in the heart of the countryside, in a peaceful setting, surrounded by our professional llama farm: unique in the Vendée region! We would be delighted to take you with us on a farm visit to learn more about these animals and the processing of their precious wool. We are from the Vendée and very happy to share our region with you. Always available on-site if needed, our guest house is located near the gîte, allowing for pleasant moments of sharing. Close to the sea, Puy du Fou, and a multitude of activities, we will be delighted to provide you with information and guidance to ensure an unforgettable stay with us. Nature lovers will be thrilled: hiking, horseback riding on site, animal-assisted therapy with llamas, a protected environment... Pets are not allowed.
