You will stay in a large, traditional Landes house of 230m², dating from 1850 and completely renovated with taste. Sleeps 8. No close neighbors except for a nearby farm building, but generally little activity and complete peace and quiet guaranteed after 7 pm. The ground floor is a large open-plan space combining the living room (with video projector), the dining room, and a spacious kitchen. A bathroom with laundry and washing machine area, toilet, and closets complete the ground floor. The ground floor comprises four comfortable bedrooms, including a 25m² master bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. It has three 160x200cm beds and two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. The bedding is very new. Also upstairs, a relaxation area (TV, reading, games), hallway, closets and separate toilet. Wifi works throughout the house. The 2,500 m2 grounds are landscaped with trees and flowers, and two large shaded terraces allow you to spend pleasant moments outdoors. The neighbors are quite far away, there's a nearby farm building but generally little activity and absolute peace and quiet is guaranteed after 7 pm. Mézos is a dynamic and pleasant village, a great place to live. The beaches are less than 20 minutes away, the nearest shops are 5 minutes away, the motorway is 10 minutes away, Mimizan is 20 minutes away, Dax is 30 minutes away… Countryside, forest, and ocean make up our setting.
