Das Apartment befindet sich fußläufig zwischen der Bergbahn "Rosshütte" und dem Bahnhof Seefeld. In beide Richtungen sind es nur 500m. Von der dritten Etage auf dem Balkon können Sie besonders im Winter die Sonne und die Wärme genießen. Im Keller dürfen Sie den Skiraum sowie den Waschmaschinen- und Trockenraum nutzen.
