65 m² apartment with balcony in a quiet, sunny location consisting of: 1 double room with Tyrolean quality furniture, 1 extra bedroom with double bed, cozy living room with a nice couch (extendable to a single or double bed) and satellite / TV. Furthermore, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, freezer and a nice dining area. The bathroom is newly renovated with shower / WC. All living areas are covered with parquet.

Our house is located in a quiet, sunny location. In summer ideal starting point for beautiful hikes or mountain bike tours. In winter directly at the trail or with the ski bus stress-free in the adjacent ski areas. The ideal holiday destination for the whole family. Child reduction on request!

Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation im Voraus. Sehr netter Empfang vor Ort. Schöne und gepflegte Wohnung, mit allem, was man braucht. Tolle Umgebung, alles im allem: Das war schön!

Tolle Wohnung in toller umgebung

Uns hat der Aufenthalt super gefallen. Der check in lief reibungslos, sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Blick in die Berge ist großartig. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.
