Beach Ave Escape is a cozy classic beach duplex just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. At only 80 yards from the beach, you’ll have sand under your feet in less than a minute! This classic beach duplex has a great layout for families and smaller groups looking for a beach getaway. It features one bedroom with a king sized bed, a fold out couch in the living room, a full kitchen, and private laundry facilities. Redington Shores is among the best of “Old Florida” Beach Towns. This property is nestled in a quiet beach cottage neighborhood, located on the beach-side of Gulf Blvd (so no busy roads to cross to get the the beach). Great restaurants in the area and close to the larger attractions in Tampa and St Pete.

Place was at it looked on listing. Best part was the location. So close to the beach and close to many restaurants. Bed was huge and super comfortable.

A cute little beach place

Although the property is somewhat dated it was very clean and in an excellent location about a 1/2 block to the beach. There are a couple of picnic tables out back but no real yard but since the beach is so close it didn’t matter.

Beach Escape

This quiet neighborhood was lovely. The walk to the beach was shorter then it looked. The property owner was very responsive to anything we needed. We had a great time and hope to return.

Cozy beach house

Brandon, our host, was very accommodating of our dogs. Even gave us a large dog crate for our big guy. Our unit was clean, comfortable and we settled in quickly to this lovely beachfront neighborhood Proximity to beach and fun restaurants was excellent. We would gladly stay there again.

Amazing Location

Great location 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach! The condo itself was nice, but a lot of corners are cut. Expect 3 star amenities in a 5 star location.

I reached out to this guest to ask what amenities needed improvement, but received no response. I also checked in with this guest upon her arrival and she replied “Thank you very much for the warm welcome, Burton! We arrived and everything is in order.” So not sure how to address these comments other than to say that we endeavor to make sure everyone has a wonderful stay at Beach Ave Escape. We make sure our guests are well taken care of and at an exceptional value!

Great location. Bed comfy and AC worked great. 30 second walk to beach. Cocowood great restaurant 10 second walk. Little older place but everything good overall. Only thing I didn't like is no TV in bedroom and towels/wash clothes could be in better condition.

Quick and easy checkin. Coffee available for that first am cup. Just about everything you could want for a complete stay and everything ready to go. Couldn't ask but for one thing more but a " can opener " for the time you wanted some fruit or can of vegetables for a meal.

Better than expected.

We needed a place to stay while our townhome was being tented for termites and decided to make it a stay-cation. Being so close to the beach, we didn't expect the place would be spotless/sandless. Had several questions before check-in. Burton is extremely attentive and replied within minutes each time. Upon check-in he was walking around the property to insure it was perfect and introduced himself. He told us to call him anytime we needed anything. We didn't need to contact him the entire stay. It is located a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. We would definitely recommend this property and we would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed here all of March '22. New owners to this side by side. Location is excellent. Half block to very nice beach. Good friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Walking distance to shore fishing. Bait shop nearby. Great bicycle area. The rental is a work in progress and the new owner is doing a good job. The bed is comfortable. Did not use pullout in living room. Decent air/heat. No cable, just Roku. No live tv. Bathroom plumbing needs attention and I'm sure it's on the owners list to work on. Kitchen utensils are minimal but are ok. Good working stove and refrigerator. We ate at home half of the time. Wifi could use a kick up in speed. It will go in and out. Again, the new owners will work on it. The owners are very interested in knowing what they can do, for you, to make your stay a pleasant and enjoyable vacation. Just ask. The price is a little too high for us.

Cozy Cottage Get-a-way

This is a perfect place to unwind and relax. The property is conveniently located to restaurants, beach, major attractions, etc. I found it very walkable. Host was very responsive to my questions, needs. My only recommendation is if you like to cook, etc. you'll need to bring some "extras" as there is a lack of pans/bowls, etc. for cooking other than basic stovetop. Highly recommend however if you are looking for a private get away.
