+ : Appartement très bien situé et bien équipé - : Lit bébé sale, il faut venir avec ses draps pour le lit bébé et canapé lit, il manquait des serviettes (elles ne nous ont jamais été donné), communication difficile avec l'agence et informations incomplètes de leur part.

Nous souhaitons toutefois apporter quelques précisions concernant votre commentaire. Toutes les informations relatives à votre arrivée, notamment le code personnel de récupération des clés, l’adresse de l’agence ainsi que le lien vers le livret d’accueil, vous ont bien été transmises avant votre séjour sur l’adresse de messagerie communiquée lors de la réservation. Concernant le couchage, comme indiqué dans les conditions de la réservation, le linge prévu pour le canapé convertible n’est pas inclus. Pour le lit bébé, nous prenons en revanche bonne note de votre remarque et allons faire vérifier son état par notre équipe de conciergerie. Enfin, nous sommes désolés pour les serviettes manquantes. Nous n’avons malheureusement reçu aucune demande à ce sujet pendant votre séjour ; si nous en avions été informés, nous aurions bien entendu pu intervenir et vous apporter le nécessaire. Nous regrettons donc que vous ayez rencontré ces désagréments et restons particulièrement attentifs aux retours de nos voyageurs afin d’améliorer continuellement notre service.
