Nice Vacation spot in Flagstaff

We really enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable condo in Flagstaff. It is located in a nice neighborhood and is close to a few restaurants and shops. We would have stayed longer if we could have, and we will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town.

This is a very nice and condo and well furnished. It is convenient to Flagstaff but in a quiet wooded area near parks and gold.

Overall, very pleasant stay. A few things to be aware of: if you wish to use country club amenities, they is a 200 charge to do so. This was not disclosed prior to me arrival and was an unpleasant surprise. There are outdoor cameras at the property, including on the back deck where you are most likely to hang out. Finally, there’s quite a bit of dust/dirt in all the plastic flowers and textile wall hangings!

A very nice and centralized location from which to explore the area. Excellent communication with the host who was at the ready to make sure our stay was satisfactory! Just amazing!

There is no better description that home away from home. The place is super functional, all the decor and arrangement was perfect (better than 5-star hotels I stayed on). Communication was super clear and fast (minutes). The place has everything you need to make your own memories! I’ll come back every time I can!

Nice, affordable condo in a quiet neighborhood

The home was clean, had 2 bedrooms and a decently stocked kitchen. It’s a great place for staying in flagstaff as it’s very close to I-40 and I-17. The queen bed was very comfortable, the king mattress may be due for a replacement. There’s a nice big screen TV in the living room, as well as a cozy gas fireplace. It was very affordable, too. It’s very comfortable for 2-4 people.

Cooler get away

Condo is in a great location. Not far from downtown. Near bike and hiking trails and golf courses. The condo is a bit older and needs some updating of the carpet and bathrooms. Kitchen was nice. Matress in master needs replacing. Overall had a nice visit.

So dusty

Place looks nice and is in a great location, but it was SO DUSTY. The carpets and the furniture (especially) the couch were so dusty that it was hard to breathe. Clean dishes that were left on the countertop overnight had a layer of dust on them by morning. My wife and I both had allergic reactions to all the dust and had to leave after just one night as a result.

This property is awesome. The neighborhood is beautiful. The property is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Coffee, creamer, and sweetener provided for Keurig. The property is very spacious. Fantastic Site

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying here. It was immaculate! Loved the fireplace and all the kitchen supplies. I will definitely stay here again. It's about 5 minutes from downtown. Just one note: There were kids staying above us. They ran around and a lot and it was loud. The walls vibrated so much that it knocked off a mirror from the wall. It isn't enough to deter me from staying again! Loved it!

Grand Canyon trip

Condo was clean and host had a put a lot of effort in making the kitchen amenities great. The rug in the living room was dangerous as the ends caused tripping several times so we rolled it up and set it aside during our stay. The guest bed has broken wood on the top of the window bedside. My husband cut his finger on it. The master bed appears to be a past waterbed so the frame sticks out more than the bed and caused some bumping on the legs going around the bed. I would also recommend having cleaning crew clean the chairs/table on the balcony. We would have liked to utilize the balcony but the chairs were full of green stuff from the trees.

Great Condo, Great Location but Bad Noise

The condo was great. Everything was clean. The bed was nice. The location was great. Everything was in working order except for a floor lamp in the main bedroom which should be repaired but no big deal. I guess I should have mentioned it while we were there. There were plenty of dishes and glassware but there was a limited supply of silverware. The cooking pans have seen better days. I recommend a new set of cookware and silverware. It would also help to have a few more towels and wash cloths and maybe a dish rag in the kitchen. The major problem we had was the noise from upstairs. We could hear every foot step from upstairs. It was quite annoying when the noise started early in the morning and lasted until late at night. I know it isn't the owners fault about the noise, but I could not recommend staying here. It's a shame about the noise because it really is a nice condo. Maybe we were just unlucky with our upstairs neighbors and future renters will not have the same experience.
