Ideally located, just steps away from Montcocu beach (restaurants, games, swimming, pedal boating in summer), a few kilometers from Éguzon Lake and its leisure center, as well as hiking trails and Argenton-sur-Creuse. Enjoy the proximity of the Creuse River for beautiful walks and family relaxation.

Children are more than welcome here!

The Highlights of our Accommodation

Large Living Spaces: A spacious living room, a dining room with a beautiful fully equipped open kitchen. A superb outdoor area with terrace and garden.

Large Bedrooms: A large bedroom on the ground floor with a 160x200 bed, ( draps et une serviette par personne inclus ) a bedroom with two 90x200 beds, a bathroom with double sink and toilet. Upstairs, two other spacious bedrooms: one with a 160x200 bed, the other with two 90x200 beds, as well as a bathroom with bathtub. Two additional 90x200 beds in two living rooms and another 140x200 bed in one of the upstairs relaxation areas.

Amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, stone grill, raclette machine, barbecue.

Friendly Outdoor Space: Outdoor table with parasol, barbecue, and a large grassy area perfect for children to play.

Free Parking: You can park in front of the house on the grassy strip, and there is one space in the courtyard of the house.

Extras: Baby bed available on request.

Nearby Services:
Montcocu beach with summer restaurants and pedal boat rental, leisure area: swimming.
Éguzon Lake and its leisure center (water games, swimming pool, hiking, etc.) a few kilometers away: bike rental possible.

Top! Au coeur de la vallée de la Creuse

Logement typique de la région, bien agencé. La décoration, d'époque, confère à cette demeure un charme authentique. L'extérieur est agréable. La plage de Montcocu se trouve à 10 minutes à pied, tout comme la passerelle himalayenne que les enfants ont adorée. Nous avons également été très sensibles à l'accueil chaleureux de Thomas de la conciergerie. Un logement que nous avons apprécié pour notre week-end en famille, parfait pour profiter les uns des autres sans se marcher dessus ! Nous n'hésiterons pas à vous recontacter si nous revenons dans la région.
