The property was nice and location was good with it very close to downtown. The property was a little unclean and I had to sweep the floors upon checking in as well clean the bedsheets.

When we checked in the smell in the hallway was awful the there were flies all over the place it took us 2 hours to kill them then the kitchen was not level it sloped but the best part was the noisy neighbors that played loud music day and night and nothing was done.

Extremely clean, efficient second floor apartment

Very clean, upper floor, older apartment. Well appointed. Pictures in ad are exactly as noted. Area is on the outskirts of the nicer Lafayette Circle area, so a car is needed to get to stores, restaurants or downtown Norfolk etc.

Small apartment that worked well for a medium stay!

I used this place as temporary lodging for work while my family was 3 hours away and we were waiting to close on our new house. It met all of my needs! This is not a high end rental, but you can't beat the price for the amenities provided.
