Wir konnten nicht in die Wohnung. Es war niemand zur Schlüsselübergabe zu erreichen, weder vor Ort noch hat sich überhaupt jemand auf unsere e-mails und Telefonanrufe gemeldet. Auch am Tag nach dem ursprünglichen Mietanfang gab es keinerlei Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. FeWo hat direkt gesagt, wir bekommen das Geld zurück und ggfls. sogar eine Zulage um eine evtl. Differenz zu einem neuen Objekt auszugleichen.
