Modern house comprising a courtyard (space for a car, bicycles, etc.) and a terrace, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and air conditioning, a wardrobe and storage space, and a toilet.
Amenities: Large-screen TV, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, wall oven, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning in every room, garden furniture, etc.
