completely new. Quiet area 10 minutes walk from the city center.
Fully air conditioned. Family seaside resort with all shops
market every morning. Entertainment every evening: Funfair, evening craft markets, concerts, shows.
To see absolutely the sweet eye 30 minutes on foot and the city of CARCASSONNE at 55 km.

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Urlaub und alles war bestens. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super. Also uns Sonntags die Spülmaschine kaputt ging, hat er uns am Montag eine neue eingebaut. Dafür noch einmal ein riesen Dankeschön! Die Lage ist gut, obwohl man an einer Hauptstraße wohnt, ist die Lautstärke ok. Die Strandnähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch top. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub!Eine kleine Anmerkung noch, daß dritte Schlafzimmer ist durch eine ausziehbare Treppe erreichbar und sicherlich nichts für ältere oder körperlich eingeschränkte Personen.

liebevoll eingerichtete und ruhig gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits vom Geschehen, dafür aber ruhig und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und top vorbereitet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien. Die Vermieter sind sehr offen, nett, jederzeit erreichbar und fragen zwischendurch sogar an, ob alles iO sei.

Séjour familial à la plage

Agréable séjour, lieu idéal pour se reposer en famille. Soleil, plage au rendez vous ! Appartement complètement équipé. Le plus de l' appartement est la climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Annonce conforme. Les propriétaires sont à l' écoute des besoins des locataires et sont très accessibles.

Beau séjour dans une belle région

Appartement très bien situé sans surprise come indiqué sur lannonce: proche de la plage, du marché tous les matins. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement et même plus que ce qu'on l'on pourrait souhaiter. La climatisation est un vrai plus, permettant de passer de bonnes nuits reposantes. En résumé nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances. Seul regret: ne pas avoir eu l'occasion de rencontrer Gilles et Véronique.

Au Top !

Les propriétaires sont ultras sympathiques. Le logement est très bien situé et très propre. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Les équipements pour bébé sont de bonne qualité. La mer est a quelques metres du logement. Il n'y a pas de place de stationnement attitrée à l'appartement mais il y a toujours de la place pour se garer dans la rue ou sur un petit parking proche du logement.

Toller Urlaub...

Wir hatten 10 schöne Tage. Die Wohnung bietet allen Komfort, den man benötigt. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist super, max 150 m. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die relativ laute Straße (die aber nur stört, wenn man wie wir bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen möchte). Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett!

Encore mieux en vrai que dans l’annonce. Très bien équipé, agencé et situé, de l’espace, commerces et restaurants à proximité. Facilité pour stationner et la plage à 150 mètres avec une pente douce.

Ein sehr schöner Sommerurlaub in St. Pierre-la-Mer ...

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schön eingerichtete, sehr gepflegte und sehr saubere Wohnung im ersten Geschoss mit einem Balkon. Alle Zimmer sind idealerweise klimatisiert. Den ca. 200 m entfernten Strand erreicht man fußläufig. Auch die Nachbargemeinden wie Narbonne-Plage, Gruissan kann man o.a. zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder mit Inline-Skate sehr gut erreichen. Insgesamt waren es sehr schöne 14 Tage, die wir (5 Personen) in der Wohnung verbracht haben. Der Kontakt zum supernetten Vermieter war einfach toll. Wir sind ausnahmsweise leider erst Abends gegen 23:00 Uhr anreist, aber auch dieses war kein Problem für den Vermieter, obwohl wir eigentlich ca. 16:00 Uhr ankommen wollten. Fazit, gerne und immer wieder, sehr zu empfehlen. Liebe Grüße René und Familie

Tres bon séjour au bord de mer

Logement très bien situé (2 min de la plage), propre et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces, ce qui est tres agréable lors des fortes chaleurs. Les propriétaires sont très sympa. Je recommande ce logement sans problème.

Magnifique expérience

Très contente d'avoir passé 15 jours dans cet appartement. L'appartement est très bien équipé : les draps sont fournis et les lits faits à l'arrivée, il y a des produits ménager, quelques fournitures indispensables en dépannage (sel, sucre, café,...). L'emplacement est vraiment bien, à peine à 5 mn de la plage de sable surveillée, et à 10 mn à pied des restaurants et de la halle avec marché de producteurs tous les matins. Les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques aussi et accueillants. Une location à recommander !!!
