Cathedral Cottage - Available for 2024 Open

Located on the Cathedral hole, on one of Pinehurst's most picturesque holes, this home is perfect for a golf retreat! The Carolina room provides a spectacular view for the par 3, 14th hole, on Course No. 5.
A large, fully equipped kitchen allows a place for catering or a home cooked meal. A propane grill is provided on the patio outside. The coffeemaker is dual purpose for standard drip or single serve/KCup.
There are two master suites, one on each level. The first floor, entrance level king suite has a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms with full bathrooms are upstairs. The larger bedroom suite, with two queen beds, also has a gorgeous view of the 14th hole. The third bedroom offers a king bed.
Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with Roku streaming TVs where you have access to live National TV networks via the Spectrum app, or you can add your own personal apps which are removed when you log out.
There is also a home office setup over looking the balcony to the large living room.

Only 1.5 miles from the village of Pinehurst and less than a mile from a 2024 US Open Gate! This location is also prime for golf in the Sandhills area with over 40 golf courses in a 15 mile radius. The Pinehurst Track and Fair Barn are across the street. It is a short ride into Southern Pines for a large selection of independent stores, breweries and eateries.

Destination Wedding at the Fair Barn

Very nice, each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom. Lots of room with large kitchen and counter seating for eight plus. The view of the course wonderful from not only the enclosed porch but the entire open concept kitchen/living/dining area. Very convenient to the Fair Barn and rest of must see and do in Pinehurst.

Beautiful Pinehurst golf course home

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained home on Pinehurst #5 course. We rented this for a Thanksgiving visit with our daughter who lives in the area. We had two couples but home can easily accommodate three couples. Very nice, well-appointed kitchen with large dining counter. Kitchen, dining area and living room overlook golf course. It was too cold for us to use Carolina room but this room would be a wonderful place to relax in the spring and fall. Overall, an excellent property in a great location close to Pinehurst resort and village.

Wonderful in every way!

This home was everything we hoped for and more. The view off the porch was fabulous. We enjoyed watching golfers tee off over the pond onto the par 3 green. The kitchen was a dream both in size and in how well it was stocked. We had everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and delightful. We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home!

Great Golf Location

Well kept, clean and great location easily accessible to Pinehurst Golf and other surrounding courses. Grocery and restaurants are also very short drive. Plenty of room to lounge, relax and enjoy family. Quiet neighborhood.
