Great rental property, exactly as pictures show! My family enjoyed the pool and amenities everyday - it was great having king size beds in every room and the house is well stocked! About 10-15 minute walk to the beach was great and short 5 minute walk to a local restaurant and bar we also loved visiting in the evenings. We all had a wonderful time and cannot recommend the property enough!

Fun Family Getaway

The house was well equipped for our beach stay with plenty of private and public spaces for the whole family. We found a great local snorkeling spot and would definitely recommend this house with a welcoming host!

Fantastic place to bike, walk and do the beach. Very quiet and within walking distance to restaurants. We stay here and the grandchildren visit a couple of times during the winter. Fits all comfortably

Very exclusive pool and cooking area and a fantastic sunbathing deck overlooking the waterway where all the boats nearby have to use to get to the ocean.

Perfect for Two Families...

The home had great space for family dinners and for relaxing time. The sleeping arrangement was perfect for two families. There was an upstairs master suite with an attached bedroom with a crib. The downstairs had three bedrooms. The neighborhood was so nice and walks were easy and near the water. We will definitely rent this home again!

House has everything you need for a great beach vacation..:.Beach chairs, towels, bikes. Private beach entrance is a perfect location and it has bathrooms! Easy 5 min walk to the beach. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need if you decide to cook at home.

A Wonderful House in a Wonderful Location

We had a lovely time in Palm Beach Shores. The house is well cared for and thoughtfully stocked. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for all family meals. The rooftop deck is fun and the view is beautiful. The neighborhood is friendly and great for families. We can’t wait to come back!

Palm Beach Shores is such a great township with so much to offer. You can really walk, bike, or golfcart everywhere. This is our second time renting this beautiful house. The bedrooms & closets are spacious. There's plenty of space for entertaining & relaxing indoors & out! All appliances are top notch, as well as linens. The kitchen is well appointed & has spices, tea/coffee to jumps start. Thank you!

Great house...BUT

Great house for adults, good indoor spaces. Good convenience for diving the BH bridge, which we travel to do 3-4 times per year. HOWEVER, ** the house was poorly cleaned. We found trash and mega layers of dust under the beds. In fact, we found a plastic Easter egg with $5 inside under one bed (we kept the dough but put the egg back, so if it’s still there ... didn’t touch the other trash). Palmetto bugs, aka roaches, showed up, dead and alive, in the downstairs rooms during our stay. ** there was no shampoo, soap, or body wash in any of the bathrooms or outdoor shower. Ps, we left a bottle of shampoo in the upstairs shower- because we can’t travel with it! **There were some spices and vinegar, but NO salt, sugar, oil, condiments. NOT even any starter coffee for one day! Only 2 dishwasher pods, no sponges. ** And let’s not forget the weird, square, coffee cups that dripped and sloshed every where. We ruined many shirts. ***In the past 2 years, we have stayed in 6 different homes on singer island for a week at a time to dive the bridge. ALL had the basic necessities of soap, shampoo, dishwasher stuff. ALL had at least 1 morning of coffee, sugar, salt, oil, condiments, etc. Most had other refrigerated condiments like mustard. And they all had a welcome bottle of wine and some snacks. This house will definitely be a second pick.

Great location and comfortable stay!

We stayed at 337 inlet way last week for my brothers wedding. The house was clean, organized, had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and the backyard offered lots of privacy. Great location, took morning walks down by the inlet and to the beach. Rode bikes around the neighbourhood. Very safe area! Pictures were just as it looks in person. Very easy communication for everything. Would stay here again!

Felt like being at home…

My family and I spent a week at this property. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Sharing the great things below: * The pictures online were an accurate representation of the property. * Checkin was super easy. * Great communication throughout our stay and the property manager was super helpful and accommodating. * The home was well stocked and appointed. Everything you need is there. * It was a well furnished home. We’ve rented many times and some homes feel sparsely furnished and the details are lacking. Trash cans in the bathrooms is a minor detail, but super convenient. This home is full of the small details. * The location is FANTASTIC! Beautiful morning walks, close to everything, corner lot, lovely neighborhood, the beach is nearby every where you turn. * We traveled with 3 teenagers and they didn’t mention being bored a single time. That’s success! * We had plenty of space in the home. * The pool was a great size. Definitely not too small. * The rooftop patio is a great feature. Awesome view of the water and sunset. Nothing bad to share. I can’t say enough good things about this home. Highly recommend it!

Great Palm Beach Shores Home

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! Chuck, the property manager, was easily available, helpful and very friendly. The home was equipped with everything we needed for days at the beach and the pool was great, although it was a bit small for our kids to truly play in. We all enjoyed the views from the roof top balcony, especially for viewing the 4th of July fireworks. We will definitely be back again!

Relaxing Family Vacation

We enjoyed immensely staying at this beautiful home. Plenty of space for our adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren as well as my husband and I. House was well stocked with nice quality bath and pool towels, beach chairs and beach toys for the children. Chuck, the property manager was very responsive to an issue we had, went above and beyond to make things right. We have been visiting Singer Island for 20+ years, first time renting a house, which turned out to be a very pleasurable experience. We look forward to returning sometime next year.
